I only go to this location because the service is great and when they make my pizza fresh my pizza's be on point toppings are loaded just the way i like it and the way i paid for it! however, my recent visit I've notice the 1 employee digging in his nose and stared to make my pizza without washing his hands and i off the rip put a stop to it and ask for a manager and asked if someone one else could make my food instead. The employee said he washed his hands and started to make my pizza bare hands and I said nahhh that's ok i rather you not! Also on a separate un related day the cut station I'm noticing the younger employees talking over pizzas as they come out and cutting them and notching one coughing and laughing over folks food!!! I don't know about you all but that's a huge pet peeves of mine. you can see small spit flying everywhere with the right lighting. Don't get me wrong the staff if is wonderful the service is great the food is A1 just some tweaking is all small team management.

I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and it came with no sauce. This is unacceptable I had to break out the marinara sauce and add it manually at home otherwise it would've been too dry to eat. This isn't the first time it's happened either but at least last time there was SOME sauce on the pizza. What's the point of paying full price for the pizza when it's missing its sauce?

Went in on a Tuesday night and the place was packed. Waited over 40 minutes for 1 pizza. 1 girl it looked like as the register was trying, the other 2 guys not at all or a care in the world. And to top it off, they got our order wrong.

Came in on a Tuesday night. Waited 50 minutes for our food. There were two customers ahead of us when we came in. After finally getting our food it was wrong. There seemed to be 3 people working with one girl doing most of the work. The other younger guy who was working had terrible customer service and was laughing.

Service was terrible I waited for them to load the Portal but all they did is stack pizza upon pizza in the back. Normally they are very efficient. They guy just looked at me when I came in. No greeting or acknowledgement. I waited 20 minutes and inquired and the guy searched and brought my pizza out. Will not be back.

The young folks there are awesome, always helpful. They always make it pleasurable to get pizza. Quality, well its cheap and does the job. Not the best pizza, but definitely worth the price!!
