I have worked at this KFC / Long John Silver for quite a few months and I absolutely love the place

The KFC tenders did not taste like KFC, I think they cooked them with the Long John Silvers food.
But THE WORST PART....ordered a chicken meal with 2 chicken, 2 hushpuppies, and an order of hushpuppies. I received 3 hushpuppies total. When I questioned it, they said an order is 1 hushpuppy and refused to do anything about it. No crunchies, no tartar sauce without an argument. Do not recommend. Customer service is non existent here. Hopefully the folks inside are nicer.

The fish is still the same and somehow better than ever. I'm so glad this KFC also offers Long John Silvers. It's a bit of a drive from home but the food is very hot and worth it.

10 plus minutes for fries is a bit ridiculous. The car behind me has bee waiting on rolls for even longer. 3 cars Deep waiting for food..food was worth the wait.. all fresh

Nice and quiet place to have a brunch or lunch but they are understaffed.
The two ladies and a guy are very friendly and professional.

Food was way over cooked. Hush puppies are solid all the way through. Piss poor cooking and service. Close it down oke the rest of the stores

Clerk had a bad attitude. Guy working the Drive-Thru had his pants hanging down showing his underwear. They were out of vinegar, gave me mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw and when the girl did give the coleslaw, she flung it across the counter.

Bathroom is filthy, food took 30+ minutes, staff standing around doing nothing. Ended up trying to get refund, got denied because food was suddenly done.

They needed to change there grease the chicken was dark an they only had 2 people working the manager was on her damn cell phone smh

The Man running the drive-thru was very rude from the minute he opened his mouth. My husband and I could not believe the level of disrespect and hate. Trying to just ask for anything he flew off the handle, threw the window open like he was gonna fight. We tried to maintain a very light hearted conversation but nothing helped. I paid for food I didnt get because of the whole scene caused. Rude and Aggressive to the point u don't want food from there ever again. Just in shock of the way people treat others. Didn't get a name but very large dark skin older male missing a tooth. HORRIBLE ..
