The Man running the drive-thru was very rude from the minute he opened his mouth. My husband and I could not believe the level of disrespect and hate. Trying to just ask for anything he flew off the handle, threw the window open like he was gonna fight. We tried to maintain a very light hearted conversation but nothing helped. I paid for food I didnt get because of the whole scene caused. Rude and Aggressive to the point u don't want food from there ever again. Just in shock of the way people treat others. Didn't get a name but very large dark skin older male missing a tooth. HORRIBLE ..

Was overcharged and got the completely wrong dinner I ordered..called to tell them about this...no answer for 3 days straight..once I get back in town, I will be going back in person for a refund or make our order correct!! Very displeased!

i am aware that good help is hard to find that’s why i try and keep my order simple so there are no mistakes order straight from the menu. i asked for #7 with extra piece of fish. associate handed me my order i asked nicely if my extra piece was there i paid for she politely said yes. i get home there’s no extra piece. how can you mess that up? lol

Trash location. Basically zero lights outside - it looked closed. Ordered a fish meal and got the expected low quality fish but also got hush puppies so hard they could break a window and are not edible. The interior looked dirty and grimey like nobody ever cleans anything and they forgot to include tartar sauce to make the fish tolerable. Got to be the worse long John's I ever seen and I've been to the Cleveland Ave location lmao. They legitimately should shut this place down.Will never be visiting again.

Never going again prices to high nowhere near money's worth only went because someone else wanted it how you gone only give 3 shrimp on a combo and make it to salty plus all bread could barely see the meat hush puppy's so small they couldn't talk I'm good if I never even see a long John silver again and I won't even start on kfc? wish they had negative stars cause it would be -5??
