The staffs very disrespectful and appeared to be sluggish and unconcern ..missing all the sauce and my drink .when I went inside to complain they still acted unconcern .very unprofessional

Neither any of the ice machines were working, or the ice cream machine was working.
The interior of the store is definitely old and could stand a face lift which incidentally would probably improve the atmosphere and encourage the employees. Just a thought.

This place always looks run down and almost looks closed when I first brought up to the drive-thru. Luckily they were still open. The girl who took my order was extremely extremely nice. Beware that they got rid of the regular fries and went with a waffle style of fry. My chicken and my fish were very hot and very fresh but my fries, hush puppies and my coleslaw were extremely old, full of Greece and was dripping and was actually kind of gross. The girl did forget my coleslaw but I immediately went back through and she did end up giving me it. I can't blame her whatsoever as it was the end of her shift they're getting ready to close and as I said before, she was very nice and respectable. The only thing that I can really complain about is how dirty and grungy area was in how old nasty my husband and friends were

I ordered a Pepsi zero, I have no clue what this was but it tasted awful. I'm diabetic and there was definitely sugar in this drink. My fries were cold and hard as a rock. I ordered for the dining room and they gave me everything to go. The staff was not friendly at all.

Kid-friendliness: Great cashier she was polite and helpful good service. The gentleman in the back was quick and good worked the drive thru was on point.

The drive thru menu is VERY hard to read. I have good vision and the words were too small to read, I can't imagine someone with bad eyesight. Food was OK. The fish could have been crisper as parts of it was soggy from the grease.

I ordered a chicken and fish meal, and the quality of the food was really good—hot, fresh, and flavorful. I was impressed by how quickly I was served, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

However, my experience took a turn for the worse. A few bites into my second piece of chicken, I had to spit out a hard object. Upon closer inspection, it looked like a small piece of metal, possibly part of a screw. This was shocking and completely ruined the meal for me.

I didn’t return to the restaurant as it’s 20 minutes away from my home—I just happened to be passing by this location when I stopped in. This incident occurred on 11/24/2024 in the afternoon.
