Just received my Uber eats food and the A&W was HORRIBLE the food was old, the burger tasted old I hope I don't get food poisoning, the onion rings were soggy. Thanks for wasting my money and dinner

Keep in mind, there is a great Captain D's a couple miles west of here.

Strange about their restroom policy at LJS. Just don't make the mistake I did, and try to wash your hands first. I get their concern, but why confrontational? I said I would buy first and they still wouldn't sell to me? Wow. this is Yum Brands. Put receipt-coded locks on the restroom corporate! Employees just can't deal with the situation.

I will not come back. I went in. I made my order and they were out of cod and a fish place ! then he said this to go and I said no I’d like to eat here and he wanted to charge me more so I said no thank you then with the value meal, I did not even get a drink.

I went to get a replacement order that I was told would be replaced entirely, got there and was told they were only replacing half the order. The manager of Long Johns kept cussing the entire time I was in there and was even cussing with a guy on the drive thru. I've tried reaching out several times to the corporate office and apparently they could care less how their restaurant is ran.

Every time I come here, they never have food ready. It’s always a wait nobody ever takes my order like the dude was just standing at the window talking about some. It’s gonna be a waiy and he couldn’t take my order at the moment, but he wasn’t even doing nothing. 1/10
