I go here every once in a while when I have a craving. Went a few minutes ago, got the wrong order but no biggie but the chicken was sooo over cooked, like cardboard! Luckily the fish I got was fresh because I had to wait 5 minutes for it. Disappointed!

The service here was QUITE TERRIBLE!! They are always out of food for both sides!! The greeter was so nasty with his flamboyant attitude that my wife would not even order to eat because he was so rude..he was like...we have no chicken, we have no hamberger, so you still want to order?!?!?! What?! Then he walked away..hahaha what?!?! There was sludge behind the soda machine and an abundance of dead bugs as well. I wouldn't eat here if it was free.

Came through at 7:45pm on a Friday night.Both employees were outside smoking next to the building with headsets on. When I went to order they informed me “we can’t take any order because our system is down”.Very rude and unsympathetic. I literally went miles out of my way to get this food and what a waste of gas and time.There is also a sign on the order board stating “ice cream machine is down”.Took my $41 order across the street to White Castle. If I were you, I wouldn’t even bother trying to eat here.

It seems like I always have to wait when I come to this place but today I had to get my fish and chicken fix.Other fast food joints higher Mexicans and the service is excellent but for some reason Long John's cannot get it right.Waiting in the line to get my service was unacceptable I will not come back to this place again.The food was great but if I have to wait long for food.. not again

So about this location for some reason they never have enough workers and the workers are always stressed out so food takes a little longer to get served and even tho I always appreciate fresh food the atmosphere is isn't comfortable.

Waited in drive thru for 5 min for a online order and no responce. Went to park to go inside and the woman said no for inside. Come to find out she was outside smoking instead of helping customers. That's horrible customer
