14 minutes in the drive through 1 other car in line still no service

Been in the drive thru for 15 mins w 2 cars in front of me and no one in the restaurant. Not sure what’s going on in there but it’s not cooking food.
There was important food on the menu that they didn't have in store. They couldn't even provide root beer floats which is what A&W's brand is built on. This wasn't a one time thing either, for the machine was allegedly broken without anyone knowing how to fix it when we went back about a week after.

First shift staff member (aka the only member on staff to open) was an absolute delight to be helped by this morning. She was a polite blessing. Timing was quick, food was fresh, and she was so kind. Give her a raise❤️

We waited for 17 mins in drive thru after i ordered . The man in front of me was waiting for his order . So I pulled away. it should never take tht long for a order .

Fresh good tasting food, pleasant staff, atmosphere allowed us to enjoy a normal conversation without raising our voices. Clean restrooms. Easy parking.

Wednesday, a little before 8 I came through the drive thru. There was one car at the window ahead of me. The man said be right with you over the intercom. I waited about eight minutes and nobody came back to talk to me and get my order. So I left and went down the street to cane's Where I got good service. I was so disappointed as I had a real taste for your food.
