Most Long John's employees are friendly and all that i have been to never tell me they are running low or out of vinager so they can't give more then 1 or 2 pks a car no matter how much you order. Then open my meal and im short 2 hush puppies, the fries are almost invisible and we won't talk about the pieces of chicken sizes. Never have I ever experienced this at a long John's., very unfortunate but I understand the economy too but at least be friendly!

this place is a cold, dead, sad husk of what it used to be. I used to go here as a kid and they had the fun barrels that you would dispense root beer out of, and it was clean and nice in there. it had a huge display of all the faux milkshakes and other sweets and foods. it was always yummy and staffed with friendly and COMPETENT staff. I went here a couple weeks ago to relive the nostalgia, and its all modernized in here and no staff to maintain it either. everyone who goes in there looks sad and unhappy to be here. the few times i have gotten it within the last year , my order has always been messed up in some way. the short haired woman who was taking my order, it must have been her first day or something. one other dude in the kitchen and this woman did not know what she was doing at all. good to know this company doesnt even have the means or money to train their staff properly, because she did not know how to take our order, did not know how to print the reciept and kept running off from us. when i was in the middle of eating she started ringing the bell at the counter, not by the door, saying she just wanted to ring it because it looked tempting. i dont blame her for being incompetent and unprofessional, i blame this dying company. the food is extremely overpriced now too, more expensive than mcdonalds even. over 30, close to 40$ for just 2 people with very basic orders, and it was horribly cold and soggy and disgusting, not to mention my order was messed up multiple times over the staff not knowing what they were doing. ive truly been surprised that this place is still open. makes me wonder what private investor is funding this sad, overpriced garbage now.

We have waited over twenty minutes for a eight piece of fish and a small popcorn shrimp

I asked for 7 packs of tartar sauce you know them little tiny packs the lady said absolutely not no nobody needs 7 packs of tartar sauce I will give you three it pissed me off

The people that work there they don't pay attention to people when you don't know how to use the machine to place your order play don't speak while you're waiting for your food rewind to 25 minutes and no one was in there when we went in the food was hot and fresh
