I would give this store a 0 if I could.The fish was old n cold, couldn't even chew it. Limp fish. New kfc bites were terrible. Luckily I only got 5. They had no coating on them, verily an 1/2 inch big, dried out n old.I pulled back thru drive thru n asked for fresh. She said that it is fresh honey, n they r filtering so they aren't able to cook fresh for 25 minutes- like what???I was a GM for over 5 years at LJS. I left because they r a dead brand. Bout not to b in existence anymore.They have multiple vats of oil. You can only filter 1 at a time. So what kinda bull is she spewing.Never would I ever go there again.Bye forever, LJS. Only 3 locations left. Whitehall is next to go, that Alumcreek store definitely needs to go!!

I made an online order that had messed up. Not either one of mine or their fault. But the manager here said I'll make it right. I had to wait a little longer, but I got what I ordered. Even though it meant she would have to reclean the fryer she just cleaned.

The fish was a brownish color instead of the normal tan and was like leather. The hush puppies were nasty too. The mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese was the only things that were edible. My wife brought hers up and mine came straight through the other direction. Will never be back

This location has bad facilities maintenance on the inside and the owners (not necessarily staff) are not keeping up with the ceiling tiles, chipped counters and other issues in the dinning room. The staff is trying their hardest I do believe that, but they are struggling to keep up, my food was mixed up out the drive thru and I had to go in, they were polite and worked to fix things but I had a total wait of just under 30 min from drive thur and inside. But they did fix the order and the meal was good. If you can have patience and understanding you'll get your kfc/ljs fix. But if your in a hurry or have higher expectations this is not the location for you.

This is the worst KFC, they never have any food, the batter is always messed up and you have to go inside to order but they never put a sign on the drive thru speaker for inside orders only. They don't want to give you a refund but will have you waiting for 30 mins on your order which will be wrong and want you to wait another 30 mins for them to remake it oy for it to be wrong again.

I have went to so many long John silver's and their food has went down the drain . but let me tell you. This has been the best long John's I have ever ate at. Thank God I live 10 minutes from the store. I will definitely be back more, keep up the good work. You make this company look really good the way you do your food you are very appreciated..The store should be nominated for a award.If you're in the area the store please stop and eat their food..

Waited 15 to 20 minutes for some refried food. Hush puppies were rock hard and crispy..They were clearly refried. The chicken, shrimp and fish were dry and horrible!!!! French fries... Yeah I could count them, all of 10 total. Paid 41.00 for a bag of GARBAGE!! Other patrons walked out and said their food was horrible too and was not going to feed it to their children, but rather a bird.DO BETTER LJS!! THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE!?

The customer service was really great. But the shrimp meals were wimpy for the price. My daughter had exactly 5 fries in her container.

Worst place I have ever been to. First, a coworker and I stopped in after a flight into Columbus, OH, for work. The first issue was that it smelled like old burnt cooking oil, my friend ordered his meal to eat in, and then I ordered. As we waited for the order, my friend watched the girl drop the tong for grabbing the fish and just picked them up and tried using them without washing them or using another pair. My friend was ? and stopped her, and said he didn't want food she grabbed the then dirty tongs. She lied right to his face and said oh I cleaned them and he said no I watched you. She got upset that she was caught.Then, while we were eating, the manager asked my friend if he ordered to go or eat in. He said, "Eat in," the manager said well the order was entered to go. Now we and 2 other people were the only people in the place! I don't see why it mattered. The manager said it because his workers had to clean the mess when people eat in!? I just don't understand people anymore. They entire work staff, including the manager, had to all be in high school still. There needs to be someone in a business with real management experience!

The Quality of the Food was Poor they put a few Cold Fries in your box, The Chicken strip was so little and the Hushpuppy was Hard They Scimp Big on the Food Not Sure Why they put IT in a big box When CLEARY THEY can FIT your MEAL All in a Big Mac Size Box ?And The Place was Freezing and No outside Lights were On the place Actually looked closed ??
Fish was thin not really fish. Shrimp was rubber. Hushpuppies heh. It all was terrible!!! Bring back Arther Treachers. Should've bought chicken instead.

they literally told me that there was no ljs chicken available and it would be 20 minutes for anything I ordered because they did not have anything ready at all. in total I spent about 45 minutes here and was able to get everything I wanted and it was very fresh. so I guess if you don't mind waiting on your food then this spot is your best shot. because the way the restaurant situated they don't really make a bunch to have prepared for when people stop by because their foot traffic is so low so they pretty much make it on demand

Apparently, when you order a meal at Long John Silver, it is standard practice for them to only give you 10 fries per meal... Or at least that is what we were told when we took our food back to Long John Silver. Also, the chicken is now half the size they used to be. It's no wonder why so many of their locations are closing.

I was ready to eat some Long John Silver's got there they didn't have no food ready had to wait forever to get my food and then when I got the food they left food out of my order and had to wait some more for the rest of my food come on guys get it
