I ordered the 2pc fish dinner with French fries for the side and it came with 2 hush puppies. The fish was cooked way too crispy (it was very hard, especially around the edges) and entirely too greasy.

Wish I could give it a lower star rating. Worst service ever. We went through the drive through because the lobby was closed. They had left the speaker on the whole time so we could hear everything that was being said. I asked to have a minute so I could look over the menu and I could hear her complaining to someone else in the store about "the idiots who don't know what they want" I placed the order for the first meal and instead of asking if I'd like anything else she told me my total and told me to pull around. When I tried to order a second meal she actually said, "you want two meals". After placing the order for the second meal instead of the telling me my total she said "fine now go to the window". Before I even started to pull up I could here her talking to someone in the store again complaining that we had caused more people to come into the drive through and now she had to deal with more stupid people. Once I arrived at the window she still did not tell me my total until I asked for it. Before answering she sighed heavily like I was putting her out. We the waited almost 10 minutes to get our drinks, one that I actually had to hand back and ask for it to be filled more than half way. After another 7 minutes we finally got our food. When I asked for sauces I was told they were out. While waiting at the window I got to listen to her complaining about us, doing her job, every customer that pulled into the drive through. This was the top of the rudest experience in my life.

Food was prepared with old batter as it was brown not golden. It was like chewing leather( 2 chicken planks...tried 2 bites and gave to the dog). Got a piece of cod which was also gross. I asked for sweet&sour and honey mustard and actually got vinegar, tarter, lemon juice and hot sauce. When you order something to go having at least a fork and napkins would be a reasonable expectation... I got nothing. The ONLY good part was a pleasant cashier...someone else asked about sauces. What a waste of time and money as it was totally gross. At one time this location was one of the best in town...Dustin would have never served that garbage. I expected a wait because I'm guessing the Cod is CTO but everything was just ridiculous. Good thing Cap'n D's is too far away to be competition.

Was kind of apprehensive about going in to this location. Looks runs down and very unclean on the inside. But the service was wonderful and the meal was hot and fresh.

Lobby is mess. Employees have no pride in the work they do, food is okay, paint is chipped inside very old building, needs a remodel like yesterday. They play good music, although it's from a radio in the back. They do have an all you can eat menu on Sunday. Im not sure why I came here, wait I know, many of the places around me were starting to close for New year's Eve. Please improve this place. It at a busy intersection, they can probably double or triple the profits if they improve this place.
The girl at the counter was very nice. She helped me get the order I wanted and asked if I wanted all my shrimp in the same container (I was appreciative of that). I've never been to this location, but it is filthy. The floors, tables, chairs, walls...all of it. I will say, surprisingly, there were no flies which is a huge deal. With that being said, this place really needs a remodel...or just torn down and rebuilt. Order was up quick (considering I ordered a ton of shrimp). Meh is a good word for this location. I will update that the food made my family and I very sick. Never ever again.

This place needs a good cleaning asap, & a small remodel job would not hurt. Staff was friendly but it's a turn off when the lady's hands & nails look like they work on cars. If they aren't careful they will get that dirty dish award 😨. Not sure if they have a manager here

If your in a HURRY to get some of that yummy greasy breaded fish, forget it! Took 17 minutes to travel (in my car),the 20 feet from the order board to the pickup window! Then another 6 minutes. ( did I mention the speaker at the order board was broken ) Oh well, I wasn't in a hurry, and I did have a craving for that delicious greasy breaded fish. They have some odd paper signs taped up on the doors and windows. You'll have to go there yourself to see what they say. Maybe I'm not privy to the urbanization of the area yet? The workers were very nice! Maybe because I didn't yell at them like everyone else in line. I will be returning...

Stopped by here for lunch yesterday. Ordered a fish chicken and shrimp platter. Waited a very long time for food. Cashier brings out a plate with a piece of fish and a piece of chicken. I asked if I ordered the wrong thing and she said no, let me get your shrimp. 5 minutes later she brings out my 3 pieces of shrimp which were cold and at this time informs me that she also owes me another piece of fish. I said ok and thanked her. I waited and ate the rest of my food for 20 more minutes. During this wait another party came in and waited around for a bit and had to yell in the back to be waited on. Still no sign of my fish. So I went to use the restroom and found the restroom disgusting. Smelled like piss. Urinal was out of order with plastic over it. Regular commode wouldn't flush, and there was no hot water in the sink. Back to the lobby, still no fish. I left. Definitely avoid this location.
