No one at window to order they wear out of chicken fish was way to greasy could not understand the young man with hair in his face I work at Wendy's it's not hard to keep people happy floors need scrub poor service Manger needs to freezer ever night to make sure there plenty of everything. I'll be using another location.

Ordered 2 fish. Slaw . 3 piece shrimp. Cup of ice water via drive thru
. I received 2 fish . Cold oily fries 2 hush puppies hard as marbles. The fish was fine. Nothing else was what I ordered. I never use drive threw windows. What a poorly operated place.

I went to this location all doors locked but there was a fancy SUV in the parking lot. States open at 10:30 not true.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at any fast food establishment. For one I sat outside waiting for my food for 15 minutes when they told me to pull around only to find out they made me wait 15 minutes for food that’s completely overcooked like they put it back in the fryer and refried it for me like they thought it was funny to do that to Patron. I’m appalled with how I was treated. I feel like anyone who gets food should have at least something that’s edible. This stuff was just refried in your fat just to appease me so that I was made to wait out front. I do not recommend this place. Worst service ever

Waited in line over 10 minutes 3 cars in front of me also waited there was bot answer. The person working went out to their car while we all waited in line. Tge 3 cars in front of me left I pulled up to the window the worker came back in. Did not acknowledge me and went to the back. Ended up driving away.

Terrible. Waited for 10mins just to get a response in the drive thru. Both orders were wrong and missing our fish?! Not sure how that even happens and when we asked for sauce she got upset. Didn't get a receipt so hopefully she will still give us our fish.

Rock hard fries, dry and rubber chicken, rude service. Gave us a ranch that was already open somehow also. Asked for lite ice and got no ice so politely asked for ice and she couldn't even say sorry about that or have a nice day or anything.

The fish was refried from being cooked previously I asked for a Pepsi and got a Dr .Pepper no receipt was given to me with my change so of course I was turned away without a refund or credit . the guy slung open the drive thru window so hard it closed back on him ,he slung the bag out the window and quickly disappeared . note to self do not waste your money here again .

Such bad attitudes from both workers-lady manager and another associate. The manger was just awful. We told her we were going to just leave she said ok have a nice day. I told her thank you but she needs to get a differwnt attitude. We choose to go the the West Broad Street LJS and the service was amazing! .

Only seen 2 workers . People that came after us got served first. I GAVE ONE STAR SHOULD HAVE HAD ZERO STARS

This was a very good experience. I asked them to redo my fish because it did not seem fresh and they did it with no problem and the food was much better the second time.

As I ordered last time. Was shorted 4 hushpuppies for my side. That's 8 hushpuppies I'm owed now. The amount of fries I received was ridiculously small. Food was good but I don't appreciate getting ripped off mfers. Employees gonna tell me at one time that a side of hushpuppies is only 2. Yall people be lying. Do something about this place
