Rock hard fries, dry and rubber chicken, rude service. Gave us a ranch that was already open somehow also. Asked for lite ice and got no ice so politely asked for ice and she couldn't even say sorry about that or have a nice day or anything.

The fish was refried from being cooked previously I asked for a Pepsi and got a Dr .Pepper no receipt was given to me with my change so of course I was turned away without a refund or credit . the guy slung open the drive thru window so hard it closed back on him ,he slung the bag out the window and quickly disappeared . note to self do not waste your money here again .

Such bad attitudes from both workers-lady manager and another associate. The manger was just awful. We told her we were going to just leave she said ok have a nice day. I told her thank you but she needs to get a differwnt attitude. We choose to go the the West Broad Street LJS and the service was amazing! .

You should really go find you a different job, if you have an attitude problem and don’t want service customers. Cussing at guest will never be okay. Hope you have the day you deserve. BTW I A

Only seen 2 workers . People that came after us got served first. I GAVE ONE STAR SHOULD HAVE HAD ZERO STARS

This was a very good experience. I asked them to redo my fish because it did not seem fresh and they did it with no problem and the food was much better the second time.

As I ordered last time. Was shorted 4 hushpuppies for my side. That's 8 hushpuppies I'm owed now. The amount of fries I received was ridiculously small. Food was good but I don't appreciate getting ripped off mfers. Employees gonna tell me at one time that a side of hushpuppies is only 2. Yall people be lying. Do something about this place

I love Long John Silvers fish. This is the 2nd time I have gotten food from this restaurant. Long John Silvers fish and chicken should be crispy and not soaked in grease. Both times the fish and this time the chicken were were saturated in grease. I didn’t have enough napkins to try and soak it up. The 1st time I got so sick, when I saw my chicken. I just threw it away, it was so bad. Shame on you!!!!! I look at LJS as an occasion treat.

Returned three times to the drive thru to get the order correct. And after we left for the final time the order was still incorrect. We had a $54 order and it wasn't easy going through everything each time. We will not be going back

All LJS are atrocious, but I thought the Georgesville Rd. location was one of the only decent ones until I ordered it on July 20. It was DISGUSTING! The fries were hard an inedible, the fish was dark, oil-logged, and had a weird aftertaste. Usually the hush puppies are good but they were even terrible. No onion flavor, just cornmeal and grease. I am officially FINISHED with LJS. NEVER AGAIN!!!

L1, 2 piece combo is 9.29… the 3 piece combo is also 9.29… drive thru told me to come inside; I went to Taco Bell.
