Long John Silver's | KFC

I love Long John Silvers fish. This is the 2nd time I have gotten food from this restaurant. Long John Silvers fish and chicken should be crispy and not soaked in grease. Both times the fish and this time the chicken were were saturated in grease. I didn’t have enough napkins to try and soak it up. The 1st time I got so sick, when I saw my chicken. I just threw it away, it was so bad. Shame on you!!!!! I look at LJS as an occasion treat.

Returned three times to the drive thru to get the order correct. And after we left for the final time the order was still incorrect. We had a $54 order and it wasn't easy going through everything each time. We will not be going back

All LJS are atrocious, but I thought the Georgesville Rd. location was one of the only decent ones until I ordered it on July 20. It was DISGUSTING! The fries were hard an inedible, the fish was dark, oil-logged, and had a weird aftertaste. Usually the hush puppies are good but they were even terrible. No onion flavor, just cornmeal and grease. I am officially FINISHED with LJS. NEVER AGAIN!!!

L1, 2 piece combo is 9.29… the 3 piece combo is also 9.29… drive thru told me to come inside; I went to Taco Bell.

Stopped in for a couple pieces of chicken to eat on the way home after shopping. The lady who took our order was great. She told us we'd have to wait about 7 minutes for fresh chicken which was no big deal fresh food is always better. The chicken was so good. It was easy to tell they had new oil in the fryer because the chicken actually tasted like chicken and not old nasty grease. To be honest I didn't know this location existed but I'm glad I found it because I will be coming back instead of going to the one in Lincoln village!

Absolutely worst experience ever they staff member didn't even care. Had an attitude the whole time I was ordering. Dinning room smells like pee. Idk why I even used the bathroom since it smelled like everyone peed in the lobby. Employees not groomed or clean. I will be calling health department. An calling corporate. Sad thing waited 20 min. 2 Carson front of me pulled out of line an left an so did I. No wonder the grounds an unkept, oh an if you can't afford to go to the grand canyon check out this parking lot.

I visited this establishment a week ago. I did not realize going in that ALL the food was fried. ALL of it! Last time I went to a LJS they had some offerings that were not fried. Definitely an inflammatory meal! The fries were good. The rest was not. Not a happy camper.The reason you got 3 stars was because of the staff. They were excellent, polite, and helpful. Especially Alexis who said it was only her 3rd day there. She was great!I did not complain about my meal because I did not want to ruin anyone’s positive vibes. What would they have done? Just give me more fried food? I did not want that.

Place made me sick. I've seen my fair share of bad fast food. I visit all 48 states frequently(trucker). Vomiting for 4 hours now has not been fun. Worst fast food I've ate in years. Will never be back at this location food was cold and greasy. Would give zero stars if it was a option.

First I waited over 20 minutes for food, brought me the wrong order first, then my food was awful so over cooked hush puppies so hard can't bite into it. This place sucks and should be closed down.

Order 10 chicken 1/2 of it was fish. The chicken that we did get you couldn't even bit into it so hard and dry.. We also ordered biscuits and never got them.. Tried to call the store know one answers. Probably because they already had 50 complaints.
