Our waiter made this service 5 stars easily, young man long hair and a beard and I think glasses. He was extremely polite and determined to make sure everything was perfect even waited for us to cut our steaks to make sure they were perfect. Food was already great. Never had that from a waiter, he made sure we had boxes as our food was coming out as needed, appetizer salad side and main because our table was small. To top it off when he brought us the check he also brought us to go cups filled. Completely unheard of. I tipped him well and thought about it and waited again before I left to give him another tip.

We had an 1 1/2 hour drive to a medical appointment at OSU, 2 hours waiting and seeing a doctor, and were starving. I googled the nearest Longhorn Steakhouse and we made a beeline there. We were so glad we did. Were seated immediately, menus brought, refreshments served, orders taken, bread and butter and salads brought and main course arrived right after we finished our salads. Best steaks we have had in a while and perfectly cooked. Very nice hostess, waitress, and even manager checked on us. We liked that they took away dishes as we finished them so there were no dirty dishes sitting on the table. That is one of my chief complaints at other restaurants. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Service was absolutely atrocious. From the moment we walked in the door. The hostess was rude, when we were sat the waitress gave my husband an attitude when he was ordering a drink. Waited over 20 minutes to speak to a manager because our waitress never ordered my husband's drink. For this being a customer service based industry, there was a distinct lack of customer service at this location.
