I have made repeated calls to both customer service and order numbers and they do not answer. When trying to leave a message, the main 800 number automated message answers, asks you to enter your telephone number, then asks for a PIN number that I do not have and don't know how to get, and then hangs up. The other number, the 614 number says non one is available, and asks me to leave a message, which I have done repeatedly, but no one calls me back. I emailed them as well, with no response. I am a multiyear repeat customer, and I am trying to get information on an order where I ordered and paid for 4 items, but only received one item.

Great brownies. Possibly the best I have ever had. You can tell they put their heart into their products. The brownies come in a tin can and they are beautifully arranged. The texture is perfect in terms of chewiness and chocolatiness (if that is even a word lol) A must try. They ship everywhere.

Very disappointed with the service. I placed my order on march 30th and never received my email with my shipping info. I called on Friday and Saturday and was unable to reach anyone. I received a call Monday April 3rd telling me they are having issues with their system. I was offered an apology. This is ridiculous advertised orders being shipped next day and here I'm still waiting and this was a birthday gift that was requested and now it's extremely late. Now it won't be shipped until today. Offer your customers something for the invonvenience. I don't need another sorry. Update your system or at the very least have something informing your customers that the system is down so that this won't happen. I will definitely think twice before ordering here again.

These are the best brownies ever. I love the chocolate chunk and the Reese's. They ship all over the world. We had an exchange student to whom we sent these once he left the states. They are a tradition for us around Christmas. The gift tins are also a great way to say thanks. They have started making cookies too. My favorite so far are the salty caramel shortbread cookies.
