My favorite local restaurant always has a fresh menu, menu is always changing, service is excellent, big shout out to locally owned, culinary driven dining experience. We need more places like this in Columbus. 
My wife and I have been going to the restaurant for many years and have enjoyed everything about it. This time we were shocked to find out the previous years menu had been totally changed. The restaurant decided to venture in being a quasi Mexican restaurant as far as the menu was concerned. The elimination of small plates/tapas was a big mistake in my opinion. The new menu is very different. Most flavors are bland which is unusual for Mexican food. The jam served with bread was low on flavor. The salad dressing on the watermelon salad had no real flavor either. The enchiladas looked delicious but again, very bland. Very surprising. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The outdoor patio is beautiful and lovely. Too bad the food is not equal to the staff and ambiance.
