Hands down the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Whenever we’re in town we go out of our way to go there! Churros were out of this world! Everything is so good.

It was so cold and about time for them to be closing up shop at my apartment complex. But the woman who took my order was so nice and accommodating. They had my order up and ready super quick. And once I got home to eat it, everything was delicious! 5 stars, will definitely be eating here again.

Just yes. I do the quesadilla personally. Just mhmm. The street tacos are on point as well. You order, you wait 10-15 mins while they cook it, simple process.

Always tasty tacos, though some visits are a tad
bit better than others. I’ve probably been here around 12-15 times, and I’m always served with a smile. My go-to taco truck order is authentic style steak tacos with cilantro, onions, crispy tortillas, both red and green salsas, and a side of sour cream. At Machete, I appreciate that the steak isn’t tough or rubbery, and the pieces aren’t chopped into tiny bits, making for a better bite each time. If you order tacos of any style, I suggest asking for a crispy tortilla so the juices don’t soften it as easily. They have a few seating options here: two picnic tables and three high-top seats against the truck if you want to eat there. Like I said, some visits can be just a little better than others, but I keep coming back to this food truck because, in my experience, it’s never disappointed me.

One of the best taco trucks I’ve had. The burrito loco was incredible and the quesadillas are also quite good. Even the tortillas used had a lot of flavor and the churros are authentic and delicious. You get a lot of food for your money so come hungry!

Literally drive 17 minutes just to come here. Food is always consistent never taste different always the same! Speedy service. Friendly service. Makes me wiggle my toes while eating☺️☺️ I freaking love you guys!!!!
