Do not waste your money here. The food is quite literally inedible. It's covered in about a half inch layer of grease and they seran wrap your bowl so you can't see through it until you get home and open it

this shit wasn’t even good drunk 😭🙏 soooo unbelievably bland. got it with high spice and it wasn’t spicy at all. literally no flavor. the rice and naan were good but the actual chicken had literally 0 flavor, just felt like eating plain chicken and rice. so ridiculously overpriced for some of the most mediocre food i’ve ever had.

Ordered chicken biryani to go , rice is ok but chicken is from the day before not fresh as it should be i don’t know why they would let that happen for something that important and it was hidden under the rice and of course it was a small piece barely any chicken was on it . Not going there anymore.

Last night was my first visit here, and first time trying the food. I was a little put off by having to repeatedly show my food was paid for on my phone that I ordered via doordash. As much as I eat out, this is LITERALLY the first time I had such a strange interaction trying to pickup my food.
The food when I first picked it up smelled overwhelmingly like burnt oil, but I decided to try it anyway. Im REALLY glad I did. The Goat/aloo ghosht was very good with chunks of goat meat. I will most likely try it again, but will likely just have it delivered. Im not so sure how I feel about the encounter I had at the restaurant. It could have just been something culturally I didn't understand as well, so I don't want to speak out of pocket.

Today we tried the chicken biryani, sheekh kabab, at Makkah restaurant, it was flavorful experience for the whole family, it truly exceeded my expectations, staffs are very friendly, if you are a fan of biryani this place is worth trying! Overall the chicken biryani at Makkah restaurant is a must try. I’d come back for it again! Highly recommend it for biryani lover.
