Last night, my best friend and I went to Marcella‘s for Christmas dinner. It was unbelievable! I’m still reeling the day after! The potato pizza was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend! Chase was our server and he was amazing! The tiramisu melts in your mouth. It’s ridiculous! Everything was so good. We will definitely be back. Five stars for sure!★★★★★

When we come to downtown Columbus, we always eat here. The food is great, prices are reasonable, drinks are good, and there's a great vibe. Our sever Saturday night was amazing I regret I cannot remember his name but he was outstanding!!

One in our party of 6 became ill last night. He ate the Eggplant Parmesan. The rest of us had no ill effects. We enjoyed our food and either finished or brought home a box. We were especially pleased with the low level of noise.

Marcella's never disappoints. Despite it being a very busy Saturday evening after an OSU game, the staff was attentive and the food was amazing! The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming. You could still hear your dining partners. Very flexible with rescheduling reservations as well. They are always very busy so they don't require a deposit for a reservation unlike some of the other restaurants on High Street in the Short North area. Always great food and service.

My wife and I visited Marcella's for the first time Friday, November 14, 2025 and enjoyed our entire visit. We had the most wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable server Jacy Rios, whom I highly recommend as she is very pleasant and will recommend menu items if you are having a difficult time deciding. The food is absolutely authentic Italian cuisine. The food came out in a very timely manner and was hot and fresh. If you're into the adult beverage selections, they have an incredible selection, especially bourbons. The beautifully restored aged-architecture of the building and artwork rounds out the entire experience. We highly recommend multiple visits to Marcella's in the Short North as they have too many excellent options to choose from!

Delicious food and excellent service. We tried the Gnocchi Con Bolognese and Spaghetti Carbonara. I highly recommend both. The quality and taste is right up there with authentic dishes from Italy.

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Marcella’s. We got the calamari, meatball, and bread is an appetizer which were fantastic. Wine recommendation was a great pairing. Ended up going with the gnocchi and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Service was fantastic!

Very busy but traveling alone eating at the bar is actually preferred. The staff is attentive and well trained. Highly recommend the Carbonara (not pictured) very nice and not overpriced wine selection.

Absolute gem of a spot. Have dinner at the bar every time I visit Columbus. Came here tonight at 5 PM for an early happy hour & the place was pretty packed - they have the staff/pace to keep up with it. Food is delicious. Cannot recommend enough!
