We did 614 restaurant week. Their menu sounded great, but didn't meet standards. The meatballs were mushy, the lasagna was sparse in depth and the salmon was mushy. The waitress was good, but service was slow (not necessarily her fault). We had to request that they clear the table between services. Cheap wine was way overpriced. Probably won't go back.

Outstanding food! Outstanding service! I enjoyed the "Pasta My Way" with fettuccine, bolognese sauce, and meatball. Amazing sauce. Truly delicious. Meatball was large and delicious. My server was excellent. Kind and attentive but not overbearing. All in all, a wonderful ex.

It was my birthday and Chamberlain was so attentive! She made sure our grandsons were taken care of and even brought them a little fruit plate. She went over and beyond!!

Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, Meredith was our server and she was lovely and very attentive. Also, the manager with the Man bun came over to our table to make sure that everything was going smoothly he was very friendly overall a great experience.

Marcella's food is solid and consistently good. Ali was an OUTSTANDING server. So attentive, great with my kids and just on top of everything. My only complaint: the tables need to be rearranged. It's incredibly tight and hard to walk through. The servers have a huge challenge to have try and get through the tight spaces while running food/ clearing tables. You literally can't walk through without bumping other guests.

My server was Aaron, and he was awesome. My fiancée and i haven't visited in a few years but our experience was wonderful. The food was great. We shared a bottle of the red wine called ‘Sangiovese' (10/10 recommend). We were doing some celebrating and while the restaurant did get busy, our server was still attentive and communicative. If anything our entree's took the longest time to come out, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the service, the food, and the ambiance. — I should note that in the 1.5 hours we spent there, we enjoyed an appetizer, our entrees, and dessert, so our wait wasn't really that long.

This was my first time at Marcella's and it definitely made a great first impression. I booked a reservation for my 24th birthday, once we checked in we were promptly sat. Our server was fantastic, so sweet, and helpful I wish I could remember her name. You truly can not go wrong with anything you order as everything was delicious. We got the meatball appetizer, lasagna, chicken parmesan, spaghetti, and meatball, and the Tuscan limonata. The meatball is melt in your mouth delicious, I've never had such a juicy and tender meatball. You're given fresh bread and olive oil to start. I also got a tiramisu dessert for my birthday and she brought it out with a candle and lit it which was such a nice touch. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Third awful experience in 2 years. This restaurant is 0 for 3. What’s up with your hostess attempting to add a 20% tip to a to go order by telling us a total that wasn’t the total given when we ordered? Now when we placed a time order for 6:15, 3 hours in advance and received our food 35 minutes after that time, again with a 20% tip attempted to be added… it does not sit well. I was an executive chef in this city for 20 years. This is stupid and we will never be back.

Attendes a gathering, the menu options were a good representation of their vegetarian options and the service was relaxed and the server was outstanding.
The food was pretty good and they were able to handle special requests on menu items which was appreciated. However, it is definitely pricey for the average family. It’s also pretty dark and can be crowded. We also waited around an hour to receive our food which seemed like a long time. I think our waitress completely disappeared for a good 20 minutes before we were ready to order so waited a while for drinks and bread too

I only gave it four stars because the chicken parmesan with alfredo noodles was kind of bland for my taste but the espresso Martini made by Amanda was amazing. She definitely knows what she's doing. The arancini appetizer is definitely one to get. I went for lunch so it was pretty quiet and I ate in the bar lounge with less people. The staff is quite friendly and the atmosphere was clean especially the bathrooms which I always pay attention to.
