Customer service is very weird especially when you order by phone didn't even asked for address lol 😂 and I told them to repeat my order and the address was different... How stupid representative are they lol

Have ordered many timesband this is by far the worst experience I've ever had sent my order by door dash leftnthe store with out my complete order and expected me to pay for the order completely sorry to say this one was bad very bad I canceled my order don't think i will order again

Some shady people getting food here. Love Marco's but won't go to this location again. Rarely on this side of town anyway. The guy at the register was super nice.

If you’re ordering online during busy times, be aware that the estimated pickup time may not be accurate—I ended up waiting over an hour longer than expected. I recommend calling ahead to get a better idea of how busy they are. That said, the management at this location provided 5-star customer service and went above and beyond to make things right.

I ordered 2 large pizzas, cinna squares and a 4 pack of soda for my family to eat during game night. I received 1 large and 1 medium. My Cinnasquares didn’t have any icing and 3 out of the 4 drinks were wrong. I called the location to let them know what was wrong. First they tried to tell me I was wrong. That I got 2 larges when I’m literally looking at a medium. Then they put me on hold for 16 minutes just to hang up on me. I called back twice and no one answered! This is unacceptable. Food is way to expensive to not give people what they paid for AND not correct the problem .

Pizza is the worst Marcos I’ve ever had. DRY DEAD PIZZA. Entire order is wrong! No cheese cold and dry! TRASH. Looks like it’s been in my fridge a week.

I pay 100 dollars for my food I gotten 2 pizzas, 2 pizza bowls , 2 boxes of bread sticks , 2 sub's and wings. they didn't even make the pizza bowels nor got them then we called them and when we got are sub's it was just cheese and meat we ordered ham sub's and all it has is salami and burned cheese on it and we called back telling them were missing half are order and are sub's doesn't have what they promised on there menu they just told us just take credit for it my husband was on the phone with them and he kept calling him jimmy when his name is jamie and we kept correcting him and sounded like he was high and didnt get are money back I will never spend money here again
