I get pizza yesterday from marcoos around 2:30 pm ..they give uncooked pizza it made me sick i kept vomiting and diarrhea ..one of the employees told me that it will take 15-20 to get cooked and he gave me cooked in 8mint.. I checked the time that I ordered.. and I couldn’t get to work today …I called one of the employees to complain that i got sick of their pizza, they hung up the phone

Order boneless wings they sent me bone in then the chicken got the nerve to be old looking not done then call the witch she had the nerve to say bring it back it's 10pm she a redo it if I had a why don't you think I wouldn't of delivered it smh never again ever 😑

Terribly disappointed in my order! I haven't ordered from Marcos in quite a while but decided to take a break from my regular pizza shop. Ordered a large onion and sausage pizza ...it seriously looks like whoever prepared the pizza actually placed one piece of sausage on each piece of the pizza! Dead center! The onions were even less! The bread sticks were flat and hollow. We were very disappointed.

This is the third time I have ordered from this Marco’s recently. The first time my pizza and breadsticks were burnt. The manage promised a free pizza the next time I ordered. The next time, “Oh there is no record of a free pizza.” This time, I ordered at 10:49 am, had to call at noon to find out where my pizza was (promised at 11:19am) and was told that they didn’t have any delivery drivers, so they were waiting for Door Dash to pick up. Finally, at 12:24 my pizza was delivered cold as day old pizza. I will not be giving any more chances. Never, will I order from here again!

Forst abd last time trying this mess of a pizza. Ordered curbside. As soon as he hand it to me parmesan went all over my brand new car. The box was loaded woth parmesan like somebody just dumped it in the box. The box wasnt even placed down correctly. Had to get my car detailed messing with this cheap unprofessional place. Food was horrible. Entirely too salty with too much prmesan not only in the box but all over the pizza. Threw it away and will NEVER be back.Now I see why the parking lot is always empty
Yesterday was my first time trying Marco's, and although it's not my favorite style of pizza that Columbus has to offer, I had a very good experience. I ordered delivery through their website. I was thrilled with how prompt the delivery was. My food arrived hot and fresh, and it tasted good. I'm glad I finally tried it!

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Lately they have been forgetting my dipping cups that I have ordered. I have even paid extra for cups, and they have forgotten them. I am getting really discouraged about even ordering from them.
