Go there and there was a line, but got throught it fast. Staff was nice and then the food was better than I remember! Favorite fish place in Columbus still.Parking: They have a small parking lot and also street parking behind.

Fried smelt is a different fish, the size reminds me of clam strips, flavor is of any fried fish. Handy bite size.

I have been eating at and recommending this restaurant to others for over 10 years, but after my most recent visit approximately a week ago, I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. The person who took my order was as sweet as ever, but the man who was putting my order in the bags WAS BEYOND RUDE. If you can’t respect me, I can’t give you my money, I told some others about what had occurred and found it interesting that others knew exactly who I was referring to, as they had similar experiences. Well people it’s time to stop patronizing people who do not respect us as a people.

Food is fresh, delicious and made with care which is rare nowadays, especially in its price range. I appreciate that they don’t solicit tips for counter service. Old-school ambience is icing on the cake. Love me some Marino’s!!!

Great fried fish and clam strips! Very much like the old Arthur Treachers. The hush puppies also were very good. The service was good and efficient, considering how busy they were on this Wednesday night. Negatives, shrimp and scallops were somewhat underwhelming, they were your basic frozen variety. The restaurant was super clean and inviting. I'd recommend this place!
