My family came here as an alternative for my cousin's 17th birthday, as Red Lobster was closed. I arrive first and I'm immediately excited. A huge TV plays Mexican celebrity gossip. Subwoofers blast Spanish music. Many tables are available. I'm seated and given a menu entirely in Spanish. I cannot speak Spanish beyond a few crude phrases. I translate the menu while waiting for my family. When my family arrives, my cousins (8 and 17) are amused. They enjoy their meals, a chicken quesadilla and shrimp respectively. I order a $43 shrimp plate. There is no additional description on the menu. Birthday boy and I both get our shrimp unshelled, little eyeballs sometimes intact, and we're cackling. Amazing. Mom and Aunt struggle to find a menu option they want, pestering the staff like true Gringo trash for someone who speaks English. They dislike their meals. I take their food home.9/10, try to find a way to stream music to the subwoofers without interruptions.

The food here was good we tried the ostiones preparados and the shrimp empanadas the place was empty when we got here it might be because of the past bad experiences people have had I would say this place is worth a second look we were surprised by the freshness of the seafood

Absolutely horrible asked for cangrejo Dan jayva salado .Asked for Don Julio 42 $20 shot got $4 corazón when I wasn’t fooled was asked to pay and go .This place is worse than the cheapest cantinas in Mexico .Our poor server was decent at least and the manager or owner didn’t even have the gall to come to the table .If you want decent food and service El Barco is down the road .

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like I have to give one for this place. Service was terrible, they were not prepared with enough waiters, food was cold and they weren’t bringing out the food quickly enough. I paid over $80 for two of us and for only half our order. Literally the worst place I’ve been. Check your prices because they will over charge you.

Not family friendly. No changing table in the restroom. NO SOAP in the restroom to wash hands. Terrible customer service. High chair was not brought to us…had to ask for one 10+ minutes of arriving. Food not good. Will not be returning!

Sunday morning, it's busy and a lot of opportunity for these waitresses to make good tips but we have been here for 2 hours and not even 1 waitresses has smiled 1 time. They all look upset. Our food sat in the window with them walking by it for 15 or 20 minutes b4 they brought it, and when they did, they never once came to check on us or ask if we wanted more beverages, we just had to keep waving them down to ask for more stuff. Food wasn't good at all honestly but the service is what will make us never return. It's hard to believe 1 place has this many bad servers all at once. Time for an employee meeting I think.
