I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant yesterday was extremely disappointing.
I ordered a 12” Birria Quesadilla for takeout, and the menu clearly listed the price as $16.99. At checkout, however, I was supposed to be charged $17.99. When I politely pointed out the discrepancy, the cashier said their system had been updated.
To be clear, this was never about the extra dollar, it was about honest pricing and basic transparency. If prices change, the menu should be updated to avoid misleading customers.
I calmly explained that I was willing to pay the updated price this time and simply suggested they correct the menu, even with something as simple as a sticker. Instead of addressing the issue, the cashier became defensive, raised her voice, said it was “not her problem,” and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave.
At that point, I chose to leave without placing the order. Not because of a $1 difference, but because no customer should be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner for raising a reasonable concern.
Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, this interaction showed a serious lack of professionalism and customer respect.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both pricing accuracy and staff training. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Wow, where do I even begin about this place. Let's start with the owner/manager who greeted us when we walked in, took our order, served us drinks and also helped cook the food. Some of you may think that this man is stretched too far too thin, but this man is a master of his craft. Large selection of drinks and mexican beers. The food was absolutely perfect. My mexican mother would approve. When my family comes to visit, I am bringing them here!! My buddy's got 2 large birria burritos, which were the biggest burritos I've ever seen in my life, and I got the carne asada tacos. I'm a very big advocate on carne asada tacos, and these are probably the best carne asada tacos I have had in columbus, and I have had a lot of carne asada tacos in columbus, run on sentence lol 10/10 highly recommend eating here and having a couple beers. It will kinda ruin other food for you though :/ the food was so good that nothing after this tastes the same...nothing... those tacos man.... being mexican ain't so fun rn with ICE running around but at least we have these tacos I can stand behind....#Tacos4WorldPeace

I'm an extremely picky eater and this food had me wanting to halt mid meal and just start physically fighting with someone it was so good. About quit my job and didn't return from lunch because I just wanted to sit down and enjoy it for hours.
I like to mix the steak chicken and chorizo tacos together.
The explosion of juice though when I bit into that birria.... that's a ten round contender.

Very casual and small but clean. Eat in dining and counter top bar. Best Birria tacos and consume in town. We tried the birria burrito last time. It was almost as long as my forearm. No joke. Really good. Friendly staff.

Nobody will talk this place up more than me. Everything on the menu is delicious and you definitely get your money's worth. Lately every time I order from them it's been a slight struggle. I like that they offer online ordering but more often than not they completely forget my order and have to make it right then, so I feel that it hasn't been the same as of late. Still love this place. Just hope it gets better

We ordered take out from Martha’s while visiting Columbus and I’m so sad that we live in another state because the food was AMAZING. Our group enjoyed a few drinks at the bar while waiting for our food and the atmosphere was intimate and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend.
