Food is usually good, but they are often very slow to prepare orders. The Mac and Cheese has become unobtanium recently too. I've checked numerous times over the past couple months and their app always says they are out, so I end up ordering somewhere else instead.

We got two BLTs, lemonades and cookies. The only reason couldn't give 5 because literally our lemonades were entire cup of ice for over $3.79 each. We live for the lemonade so this was very disappointing

I ordered a sandwich and spud- was waiting for about 40 min. There were 6 5 employees and things seem to take ages. Other people seemed frustrated too. Wasnt that busy.

We ordered takeout tonight online, my husband went to pick it up. Once he got there he said the line was out of the front door and they were packed. The woman at the register greeted him and checked to see how much longer and they were just finishing up. When we opened our food everything was correct, even with us changing up the sandwiches and potatoes. And it all tasted great!
Very clean spot. But pricy not really idea for people with pre teen kids. Doesn't offer combo or complete meals at a discount. Everything is sold ala carte. The best thing was it was in front of meijers. Save some money and get your drinks and chips from the grocery store then order your sandwich

When ordering a full sized sanwhich online, you get a free side with the sandwhich. I tried ordering in the store and the cashier told me that I can only get the side with a half sized sandwhich. That is obviously incorrect.

My husband and I stopped in here the other day to order takeout. When we arrived inside their system had gone down so we had to wait a little while. The customer service we received was excellent. She even gave us a card for a free meal for our patience. The food was excellent as always! Definitely recommend this McAlister's.

We were the only customers, with two in front two in back and a manager. 3 out of 4 of our orders came out wrong. The remake then came out wrong again. The third time they brought us a half chicken Bacon ranch spud we had already waited forever and the rest of our party was done eating. Bright note we got to listen to them clapping and dancing and being extremely happy it was so slow all while waiting on our third remake.

The customer service lacks luster. It is forced or dry. There has only been an African american lady who was genuine & welcoming. The food is fresh, tasty and an excellent choice when out and running errands. I would love to see more customers patron, but maybe customer service could use a little work.

The food is decent but significantly overpriced! A wrap, and sandwich shouldn’t cost nearly $15 each. A kids ham sandwich is $8👀. 2 cups (not bowl) of soup is $12-13👀. Then for the second time in a row, they forgot my $3 cookie in my doordash order😒. I called the store and she was completely uninterested in what I was telling her about them continuously missing items from my order. This food should not cost what it does for a Deli quality experience.
