Disappointing experience at McAlister's Deli. My chicken Caesar wrap was drenched in dressing—completely inedible. The tables were dirty, and the staff came off as rude and uninterested. Definitely not the standard I expected, and I won’t be returning

First time to visit. Had seen the restaurant a few weeks ago. Looked them and their offerings seemed to be to my taste.

Amanda a cashier was very helpful explaining the menu other particulars and why to get the app. Filled it out while in line receiving a free large ice tea. Hint….fill it out before you get there so as not to hold up the line.

Had a Ruben and as a side the tomato cucumber salad. Very tasty. Filling and enjoyable. Nice clean facility. The manager came by to ask all customers how things were. A nice touch.

If you're searching for somewhere to spend atleast an hour watching 10 people make 2 sandwiches, look no further. Evening plans? Forget about them. Stopping for a quick bite? Think again. Wasn't all bad though, atleast they remembered the pickle.

After a half hour wait and sandwich was missing sauce wasted it was a forty min wait only wanted the sauce more worried about door dash orders and catering than customers in the lobby told multiple people was a 40 min wait will not return

Food was good.. service on the other hand. Not so much. Maximum of 5 people in the restaurant and mine and others orders were messed up. The lady working the front counter/serving said when she brought out our food after the item missing was addressed said “oh well. You get this instead” without even acknowledging the missing item. After it took my wife going up there to again. Get the missing item. Two of the 4 tables got the wrong meals served to them. And had to continue waiting.

Food use to be good but feel it has decreased this time around as far as put together and taste.
The customer service is very awful. Ordered TWO pick 2s. Both a sandwich and a half spud. We received one half spud. Ordered through their online service which goes through DoorDash. Their tracking system said to call the store with any issues. Called the store. Lady said she would transfer me to the manager. Manager obviously didn’t want to take the call and they told the original lady to tell me to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and they also said there’s nothing that can be done. The store instantly blamed it on the driver. DoorDash said it’s on the store. Terrible.

The one potato we did get taste like it’s been sitting around for 8 hours under a heat lamp. It is not tender and the skin taste like leather. Sandwiches were clearly just thrown together quickly. Sad how expensive this place is for poor quality. Doesn’t look like they care any longer. Take your money elsewhere.

I am a vegan and also have a severe allergy to red meat. I recently visited McAlister's Deli, and unfortunately, it turned into a disappointing and alarming experience. Despite making my dietary restrictions clear, I was served a meal that contained red meat. Shortly after eating, I began breaking out into sweats, and my stomach was severely upset.

What was even more disappointing than the initial mistake was the lack of concern from the management. All they offered was a refund with a simple "sorry." There was no genuine effort to ensure I was okay or offer any additional support or compensation for the inconvenience and the serious nature of my reaction.

If you are vegan, vegetarian, or have any food allergies, I strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant. The risk of mistakes seems high, and based on my experience, the staff's response to customer safety leaves much to be desired. I will not be returning to McAlister's Deli.

I love the food here however when I was just in here picking up an online order I watched the woman bagging the to-go orders lick her fingers to open up the plastic bags. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for someone that is handling food

Savannah salad was a good portion , a couple slices chicken, lots of cranberry raisins, fresh and good not wow. My daughter ordered 1/2 salad which was really a 1/4 salad, and a 1/2 Reuben which appeared to be 1/4 of a sandwich . She said the corned beef was good, the bread was mushy and there was hardly anything in the sandwich. Because it was a Reuben we had to pay extra. It definitely was not a Reuben sandwich we ever ate. I drank water and she had iced tea. The bill was almost $30. Service was slow taking about 20 minutes. Not sure if we would go back.
