Disgusting establishment.we had to clean our own table as every table was gross n floors were disgusting

Food and service were great, we are from out of state just visiting for a graduation, the bathroom floors and the dining floors were all wet as if they were just moped , had wet floor signs but the floor was wet with something else, seemed like someone dropped the oil from the fries and mopped the whole restaurant with it. Very slippery and unsafe . Needless to say I’d never come back . I mean , really I’ll never come back.

Paid for sit down service and got there only to be told you can't come in. All employees were rude and disrespectful. Manager refused to refund our money. Not one of the employees understood English. Employee shook our food all over containers. The only good thing about my breakfast this morning was the hash browns was not deep fried to death.

Terrible service, hard to get anyone to understand anything. Wait times over 20 minutes are not unusual. For counter service or drive thru (they will have you pull into a space and wait endlessly). Calling the customer service line used to be a way to get some kind of response for the terrible service but they no longer seem to respond to calls either.

I will never go back. I got 4 chicken stripes and 6 nuggets. I asked for 4 sweet and sour sauces. Got none but I checked before leaving the window so again I asked for 4 I was told I could have only 2. To me that is not good customer service. In addition my daughter didn't even get her nuggets she got french fries and apples and the apples only had 2 and a 1/2 slices.

Was really close to Columbus State Community College, which made it very convenient, was in n out quickly, and back to class in no time. The people there were great and I would recommend to other people. Have a great day.

we got a mcflurry and we got a mini when we asked for normal and it wasn’t even freaking blended. the lady at the second window made no eye contact and said nothing. very disrespectful. 10/10 don’t reccomend. go to the other one plz

They usually have a line at the drive thru on my visits. But they do a GREAT job of getting the orders done, and the car line moves fast !!!
