Every time I go to this place my food is either incorrect or not fresh at all I really hope this improves but overall it's McDonald's what can you expect

Spent about 15 minutes waiting on 1 breakfast sandwich when it was ready the whole time they just didn’t call or set it out on the counter, and it ended up being the wrong sandwich. I go back in and wait another 15 minutes for the replacement while multiple people order and receive theirs before me. Maybe an off day idk but it was ridiculous.

We love this mcdonalds because it has the play place playground inside. We are thankful to come here when the weather won't allow us to go outside and play. My 3 year old daughter loves it and always makes friends here at the play place. The service and food are pretty good here, not too bad. I scored a 4 star because it's pretty dirty, never seems to be picked up and cleaned. Tables and floors and bathroom are consistently dirty. I just clean it myself, small price too pay to have an indoor playground near us!

I always have problems ordering here. It’s the only restaurant on my way home from literally anywhere so I continue to buy because it’s my only option right now. Multiple times I’ve tried to order and they’ve said they are out of something or a machine is broken. Fine. But tonight they just said “we don’t have any drinks.” I asked if they meant like none at all and they said yes. How do you not have ANY drinks? I thought maybe it was an issue of not having cups or lids. They had both, stacks of them, by the window. The person working the payment window didn’t speak one word to me and barely opened the window enough to grab my card, run it, and hand it back. At the second window they just handed me my food and shut the window. Nobody said a single word, confirmed my order, explained why they don’t have drinks right now. When I got home I was missing all of my sauces and condiments that I specifically asked for.
On top of that, I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a sweet tea and to get my husbands dinner. I now have no sweet tea and no condiments for the food that I didn’t really want.

Very rude and foods always cold and u never see them wearing gloves or washing hands or even cleaning the tables and no smiles and no eye contact please step it up trying to get the m respect back in to ppl and it does affect the world just by a hi and a smile u can change someone's day remember who u are and u got this don't spread germs spread joyfulness we in this together and one way or another we all connected remember don't forget we all worth it and we got a a reason why we all here much love communication and commit to ur self ur team ur job

They pulled me up to wait on em to make my hot caramel macchiato this afternoon and after 20 minutes, I knew they had forgotten about me! Got out of my car, went inside and my coffee was sitting there COLD!! I guess nobody wanted to come outside and hand it to me. And they knew exactly who I was when I went in, I don't understand people anymore!
Ordered via mobile all, all the food was there but missing my drink, when I asked for it, the window attendant argued with me even after I showed her my receipt. I understand there is a language barrier, but it was on the receipt. I'll take the $5 loss and never order from there again

This store sucks anymore they act like giving straws and sauce is such a huge deal considering it automatically comes with meals, on top of being rude and just throwing food in the bag and not care.
