My daughter got mentally ill and her wouldn't start. She was on a manic state and the police took her to the hospital. The manager on duty. Kept an eye on the car and checked the doors until I got there. I tried to jump the car and give it gas. It was very cold out. So I went thru the drive thru and ordered coffee and pie. Thr manager said she will not take my money. It was 1 in the morning. I told her that triple a will arrive at 8am and she kept an eye out until triple a comes

I had an Uber eats delivery and I order it at 10:40 am and my ordered had biscuits. However my Uber eats driver called me and said they don't allow biscuits in after 11....but I ordered it at 10:40. The math doesn't make any since and the driver said the lday REFUSE to. Terrible customer service due to their lack of planner. Smh This location has gone down hill.

I came to this branch around midnight and ordered a Big Mac meal with an add-on of fries. The staff were incredibly rude and even forgot my fries. When I asked about it, the female employee responded with an awful attitude and tone, as if I was asking for free food. She told me to go back and wait in the line, which was ridiculously long even though there were only a few cars. When she handed me my food, it was as if she was throwing it at me.
The service was absolutely terrible. Tonight was supposed to be a good night for me, but this employee completely ruined it. She has no place working in customer service.
