There is no organization in that store whatsoever. We went through the drive thru and ordered. Had to repeat the order several times to the employee. They gave us the wrong drinks as well as the people in front of us. The sprite tasted off so we went in and other people were also complaining something was wrong with the sprite. They were still serving sprite after being notified there was an issue. There was also a long line and one of the workers was standing around talking to her relatives instead of helping.

This McDonalds does not know how to make McFlurries. They just give you a cup of ice cream with the toppings on top? These are supposed to be mixed. This is the second time this has happened to me.

I actually stopped eating McDonald's well over a year ago, but I had a taste for a hamburger on my trip out of town I stopped at this particular McDonald's and baby when I tell you that was the best burger I have ever had from McDonald's ever in my life it was juicy it was hot it wasn't overcooked it was perfectly rounded, the staff was great 👍

Ordering through the app means that your order should be ready when you arrive correct? This store is so backwards. I ordered my breakfast order at 10:15 through the app, $30 picked up around 10:45 & the store said they couldn’t give us the order. It should have been made already and it wouldn’t be an issue. Yall were lazy and didn’t cook the food before breakfast was over and didn’t fulfill the order. 0/10

The app malfunctioned and the older Caucasian lady (there was only 1 out front of that description) was very rude not helpful and when I expressed my frustration she began yelling at me and berating me telling me it's not her job to work my phone. When I finally got it figured out someone else got my order together and handed it to me while she continued Her rant. Very unprofessional I understand now why McDonald's stock and sales are so down. Who knew now I'll be thinking about going to Chick-fil-A for breakfast at least I get customer service and good food.
