Ordered a fresh 20 piece nugget girl looked right at me as she pulled them from a warming door and served them…. The kicker was new nuggets just popped up. Not impressed with the girl at this store the nice young man who rang me up was very polite but I won’t be coming back to cold nuggets.
Food was correct
First they forgot something off my order then the drive thru girl wanted to ignore me then when I got her attention she walked over with an attitude! Then I get home and my food wasn’t even done!!!!

It was nasty the fry’s was cold nasty and not cooked my latte was warm after I said hot and I had a large lette they gave me a big cup with a little bit in there an the big girl with the red hair is very rude and not demur and a little bit of fry’s in the bag
They always forget several food items, or they are closed for supposed software updates regardless of dinner or breakfast menu

This place is always good and fresh when the 2nd shift.staff is in the building. They should get rid of the Mexican lady making the burgers she is horrible and always makes them bad. The other people here are great!!!

Garbage McDonald's, there is an issue every time I go. Whether it's cold and soggy fries, or iced coffee without creamer, it is literally always something.

Bad service!!! Today Friday, December 20, 2024 I placed a mobile order to pick up at the drive thru, when I went to pick it up it was not ready they made me wait more than 15 minutes and the other cars passed by and I was first Nothing, I left empty-handed, it's supposed to be FAST food! And I go into the app and it appears delivered, they never delivered the order to me, so where do I make the claim? That's the way they treat their customers. Do I lose my money? I went for breakfast not my first time having a problem at this location. I ordered oatmeal it was very dry I also ordered a stake McGriddle it wasn’t even stake it was sausage. I am going to contact someone higher up. Due to the fact I called to Address the situation and didn’t get an answer. So I will be contacting someone about this issue since I couldn’t call them directly.
