Incompetent employees should not be running the restaurant during the busiest time of the morning. Placed an online order for 1 drink and was told to pull up to wait in a parking spot, FOR 1 DRINK! A drink that takes all of 35 seconds to make? This location is usually on the ball in the AM, when the usual guy is running the drive thru. Was not going to spend 10 minutes in a waiting parking spot for 1 DRINK. Lost the money I paid, ridiculous.

I had a business meeting in the area and got a message that they were running about an hour late. I decided to have lunch and since this McDonalds was about five minutes away I decided to have lunch here. The staff was friendly when they greeted me and directed me to the touch screen to order. I did try it and found it easy to use. I ordered a la carte items, coffee, small fries, small nuggets and a McDouble with bacon and cheese. My food came out quickly and the fries were piping hot. My order was correct and the food was as expected. I have now been to this location several times mostly for the McCafe drinks as this is where I wait before my meetings nearby.

Asked for a side of tarter sauce was on receipt and asked and it was repeated to me , I looked in the bag later and realized they gave me the wrong thing , it was Mac sauce instead , I was exited to eat but now. Little disappointed from not getting the tarter sauce I asked and paid for

I haven't personally had a bad experience here. The food is consistent. The drive thru staff is always very polite. Have they messed up an order or forgotten an item, yes. But, they are right 95% of the time. They have 2 drive thru lanes, plenty of parking for dining in. There are 2 ways to get into and out of the parking lot.

we got 50$ worth of food, all of it was cold and stale, didn’t get any sauce for our nuggets, our sprite was just carbonated water, when we got to the window the guy working asked if we’re the ones with “the big ass order” 0/10 pick a different mcdonald’s
