Check bags and ensure that orders are complete, you have the nerve to add in a tip and can’t get an order right!
Also. Don’t put the error in Door Dash, as the bag was sealed. Therefore the items were not placed in the bag!

I ordered with the mobie app the female worker with red hair always be at he window now. Her customers service is bad when she spills drinks they gets wet with spilled sticky drinks. She hands you that cup like nothing is wrong when we told her what she done and asked for a new drink she got mad and got a manager the manager glady made us a new drink after telling her what her worker did. Today I ordered a large sweet tea and a 10 piece chicken nuggets red hair lady didn't full up my cup and the sweet tea was a regular ice tea. I didn't know it was wrong until I got home and washed my house the nuggets were fresh and hot great job to the cooks. Please move her to the pay window she shouldn't be at the second at all.

It’s so embarrassing when I have to ask the front end staff to unlock the bathroom like I’m a child. It literally feels like asking the grade school teacher to use the bathroom. I’m 34 not 7. Absolutely outrageous to lock your bathrooms like that.

Terrible service they added bacon to my order after I confirmed with him no bacon. My Mcgrittle was supposed to have no sausage just egg and cheese guess what they put sausage. I asked for a vanilla milkshake and Carmel frappe they managed to leave out the frappe. Management is unprofessional and was so pressed to charge me again after yall messed up my order and had the nerve to talk shit in Spanish. They need to fire everyone and start over, ridiculous.

As much as I do not like leaving negative reviews, as I know that they hurt businesses, the service that I receive here is consistently low quality. I do very much understand that working in fast food is very stressful at times, as I've done this kind of work before. However, the fact that it takes 20+ minutes just to place an order. Once placed, it takes ~15 minutes to pay. Surprisingly, there's a 12 year old working the drive thru.
On various levels, the service and quality of this establishment is appalling. There's other examples I can use; my card being flung at me, incorrect orders, terrible manners, etc. All that combined with the fact that they have underage children working there, makes for an establishment I want nothing to do with(and here in Ohio, the minimum legal age to work is 14 years old).

I have placed an order for the 2 cheeseburgers. 2 medium fries and a 20 piece nugget with barbecue sauce and honey mustard. I don't know what they're doing at this restaurant. But they should be very, very disappointed in their services that they provided. The food was nasty hard. Missing a fry gave me the wrong drink and then gave me ranch instead of the sauce that I paid for mcdonald's do better or shut it down. Dear Mcdonald owner your staff is causing you to loss money. Clearly folks can't read a screen makes no sense to have a recipe showing what you order and it all wrong smh.
