Like others have mentioned, my order wasn’t totaled on the screen, and a sandwich was missing. I was told they didn’t have ice cream, but I later saw the machine in use. At the pay window, I had to add my Big Mac, and when we received the order, we were given nuggets instead of crispy chicken strips. The issue seemed to stem from the staff not actively listening or confirming the order accurately. I went inside to correct the mistake, only to witness the ice cream machine being used, contradicting what I was told. It’s disappointing to be misled, especially over something so simple. I suggest the GM reintroduce basic customer service training, particularly for the day shift team. Love the nightshift crew.

I just had a perfect deluxe spicy mcchicken meal. Fries were perfect, sandwich was perfect. This happens maybe 1 out of every 5 times I go to McDonald’s. I had to pull forward and wait a little while longer for my order but it was fresh and amazing. Well done to the folks working there this evening.

I gave a 5 start rating solely because of the manager who works the drive through window in the mornings. My food was awful this morning..... My bacon egg & cheese bagel was so hard I couldn't even bite into it & had to feed it to the dog 😭😭 I paid almost $6 for a sandwich to have to give it to the dog smh. I stopped for this food this morning on my way to an appointment because my boyfriend and I hadn't eaten all night and were both starving. Thank goodness he was sweet enough to eat his food (2 breakfast burritos & hash brown) so all of my money wasn't wasted. This location normally doesn't disappoint us but today they couldn't have served us any worse food. The female manager who normally works the drive thru window is so nice & friendly to me every morning. Her customer service skills are definitely on point.

The person for the drive thru rushed me to do my order. Then didn't give me a total of the order. She was sure in a hurry to get the next persons order when I came up to pay. So much so that I felt like just a number not a customer. And certainly not a valued one at that.

Usually don't have an issue with food but the fries they gave us were cold and stale, the hot chocolate i ordered was just straight milk. Literally they gave me warm milk.

I Ordered breakfast today and bacon, a sandwich and three hash browns were missing from the order! …It’s not rocket science!

Check bags and ensure that orders are complete, you have the nerve to add in a tip and can’t get an order right!

Also. Don’t put the error in Door Dash, as the bag was sealed. Therefore the items were not placed in the bag!

I ordered with the mobie app the female worker with red hair always be at he window now. Her customers service is bad when she spills drinks they gets wet with spilled sticky drinks. She hands you that cup like nothing is wrong when we told her what she done and asked for a new drink she got mad and got a manager the manager glady made us a new drink after telling her what her worker did. Today I ordered a large sweet tea and a 10 piece chicken nuggets red hair lady didn't full up my cup and the sweet tea was a regular ice tea. I didn't know it was wrong until I got home and washed my house the nuggets were fresh and hot great job to the cooks. Please move her to the pay window she shouldn't be at the second at all.

It’s so embarrassing when I have to ask the front end staff to unlock the bathroom like I’m a child. It literally feels like asking the grade school teacher to use the bathroom. I’m 34 not 7. Absolutely outrageous to lock your bathrooms like that.
