We went thru the drive thru. ordered 4 Big Mac's and a large fries. Got to the window and they tried handing us a happy Meal. When we said that was that was not ours & told them what we ordered. They wanted to see our reciept, not believing us. Then we're told to pull to the other side and they would bring it out. Sat there almost 10 mins & then I went in with my reciept. Still had to stand there waiting. the she came up and hand to ring in my order so I would get my food. Then went back and said I need the Big Macs... Very unpleasant visit and the last one. When I returned to our car, 3 other cars were lined up with problems.. And this was BEFORE lunch rush hour... said .. Go to any other McDonalds. They need to teach thier employee Customer Service and Politeness. Treated us as we did something wrong.

Purchased a mcdouble and it came with no cheese, the fries were very soggy the bun on my mcdouble was literally wet like something got spilled on it (this was only onions so shouldn't be wet as if something got spilled on it ) asked for extra fries in happy meal and there wasn't of course the sweet tea tasted Soo bitter it was all around awful

Never received a receipt. Not one thank you or any verbal exchange, even though I said thank you to both windows. First window probably did not speak English. I go by this McDonalds every day, however I will never stop here again!

Totally unprofessional. Staff was playing while taking orders then proceeded to talk about the customers. Just Ghetto smh. So whoever is working the drive-through on 12/23 @11:05pm needs to be fired asap.

Just a little confused got a 10 piece nugget got 1 sauce asked for extra and it’s 0.40 cents more funny thing is I asked two weeks ago and it was 0.60 so they just make up prices & since when do you get charged for sauce for something i already paid for nuggets are already $5.

Why is the lobby closed at 730 at night? It's early. The line was packed as all could be. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just plain rude staff! Check your bags before pulling away. Husband went back for an item that was missing and was pretty much was called a liar and they would not give it to him. What we paid for!? We are not poor and have no reason to lie over $5.00 chicken nuggets smh or make two trips there. We got the useless sauce though that we also had to pay for. Give me a break bahaha!

Busy location, but didn't have a long wait to get through the drive-thru. The hamburger was not seasoned, and it was made messy. The condiments were more on the wrapper and outside of the bun than inside the bun. They were out of caramel for the frappe, and the Mocha frappe was runny as if it had been sitting for a while after being made.
