The store is almost always dirty crumbs on tables and wet floors and half the staff isn’t competent the other night I ordered two meals and only got a bag with a drink and some fries and AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF SUACES (like someone just threw random handfuls in my bag) so I went to get it corrected only to see they messed up again and I was still missing two items so for the Third time I go and they finally give me everything but the whole experience was just insane like I’m sorry how to I order 2 meals and only get 1 fry

I received the wrong sandwiches with my order in the drive through, not a big deal for me usually cause, things happen, but when i pulled up to the window I hear the manager on duty tonight say”oh well, they”ll be alright” and closes the window. I had a feeling something was wrong because no one was in front of us, I saw four items in my bag and we were waiting on a sprite, I thought that was the issue, then i got home and saw that we had the wrong sandwiches, that manager knew and didn’t care.

Your employees takes long to give my order and the person in front of me were talking to your employees way too long, if they wanted to talk then they could park and go in to talk not staying in line of the drive thr.

Apparently they don’t make frappes at 6:30am and they’re rude they just threw my $15 order in the bag however. With prices increased by 100% in the last 10 years, not worth the attitude in the morning. If you don’t want to be at work at 6:30am talking to any customers, work in a warehouse or something. Nobody wants to ruin their day by stopping at this McDonalds at 630 in the morning.
I ordered a McChicken & it was hot & delicious (I forgot to take a picture of it)‼️😋👏🏾🤌🏾 The McChicken is my favorite sandwich & I was able to enjoy one for my birthday‼️🥳🎉🤗 The staff were very nice & helpful too‼️😊🙌🏾👍🏾

Ordered 2 sandwiches fries and nuggets . Didn’t receive nuggets and did not answer phone when tried to call and figure it out . Maybe if they focused on getting the order right instead of charging me mac sauce on a separate transaction we might not be in this situation

me not returning to this mcdonald’s isn’t going to effect the building BUT i will not be returning. there is one chick who sits at the window claiming the store is being remodeled so she can’t hand me the keypad crazy when she’s not working the window i guess they pause the remodeling shes claiming is going on because no one else has an issue handing me the key pad not everyone likes random people holding their phone. one i’m assuming manager claimed i needed to wait to tell her a CODE so i pull forward she proceeded to tell me i needed to pull around since i didn’t want to sit at the window i told her the code again she said no you need to drive around and tell me through the speaker. the PETTINESS is REAL good thing no one was in line like she hoped. entitlement i’ve worked at mcdonald’s thank God i have been blessed with a better paying job with better benefits it’s not that hard to take A CODE while hanging out a bagel. you work at mcdonald’s, you don’t sit on a throne just take my damn code or maybe learn multi task as you should speaking you work in a restaurant-
Staff is highly incompetent, the past four times we've been there they mess up the order.
