So I went thru the drive thru, ordered two MCdoubles plain and a sweet tea, but not before sitting in at the box to order for 3 cars to get service before me, pulled up and paid got no receipt, go get my food and it was two double cheese and a fry. It’s everytime I go it’s always wrong.

This McDonald’s seems to run very orderly and the customer service is great! I asked for the managers name from another older gentleman that works there because she is so nice and happy! Kareemah is such a nice and happy person! Best McDonald’s ever!

Trash... never gets the order right. Even when it's the simplest order. If you get a meal, they will mess your drink up or get the sandwich completely wrong.....or....try and let you drive away with no fries. 97.9% of the time if you tell them they missed something you will get an attitude like it was your fault.

Went through the drive thru and tried to get 8 breakfast burritos and got 4. When at the window there was clearly a communication barrier and never did get the rest of the burritos. Had to go to White Castle for more food ? smh.......All I have to say is if you can't get my order right through the drive thru how are you reading street signs?

The service was very terrible, I placed my order at the machine and there is the option to pay by card or cash and the girl at the counter told me that I could not make my payment in cash only by card in a slightly aggressive way, I am Paying for a service, the least they can do is serve you properly with respect. I definitely do not recommend this place, it is terrible.

I'm a truck driver. I can't go to a drive through? Shall I walk in? I have to speak up after 15 minutes. Because nobody acknowledged alarm for show. They all saw me. I wanna to use the restroom before I set down an 8. But the lady told me. I need to buy something before I use the restroom.Apparently, it's the policy. I've never gone to a McDonald's with the policy like that. So I have to buy something before I go use the bathroom. What's my food? Wipe my a**Wash my hands and then a meme time. I got my meal sitting in the back. That is very unsanitary in very unhealthy. I really hope somebody McDonald's starts a value way through the employees.The cause I'm, i'm very positive. There's homeless people that need a job. These lady's at the front. Did not even seem like they even cared about their job at all, and if it makes more sense to McDonald's to make people buy their food before they can go to the restroom. What? They're dirty hands well, possibly sit down and use the Toilet and enemy time, your food is getting spoiled. Cold and probably Kim taminatedBut no worries, I walked into Kroger bop myself. Some hamburger patties and some buns.And I actually use the bathroom. Before I touched my foot.You know people can learn respect today.
