Tammy was the lady that I spoke to. It was 6 AM. I tried to come to the dining room. She said there’s only two people working. I’m a semi truck driver and I was unable to get my food.

Well this is pretty much the worst McDonald's experience I've had I'm at the drive-thru the lady hands in my change in my receipt all the change falls on the ground did not even apologize or say anything almost like she was on her phone I had to get out of the truck get my change off the ground walked inside was about to get my money back because we only got 30 minutes to eat lunch and we spent 15 of it waiting on food I thought I was at least be able to get apology for all my chains falling on the ground but she act like nothing ever happened Saturday was waiting on the french fries and I got the price ain't even fresh ain't even hot or anything

If I could give 0 stars I would this is absolutely horrible I called to make sure they would get my order right and still wrong the sandwich was hard had no steak absolutely disgusting

I'm an Uber driver and really had to use the bathroom and unfortunately your staff made me buy something in order to do so I will never be coming back to this McDonald's You guys suck customer service below par and humiliated me in front of everyone but I guess this is what you expect from the west side

Absolute slowest McDonald’s in the universe. I know Jim Holowiki would not be happy. I pulled up to the drive-through two times and nobody answered came inside and the young lady work in the register was not really working to register so I got frustrated and left. I see why people don’t come to McDonald’s anymore
