I have never had a bad experience with a McDonald’s until visited this location. With rude staff I’m unlikely to come back. My order was very basic consisting of two happy meals and a daily special. After giving my code at the Speaker, then the first window, THEN the second window was told order couldn’t be found and wasn’t paid for. AFTER showing receipt, screenshot, and email stating it was I was given”Oh just buy it again”. I sai I would not was meet with a manger and continued rudeness. Asking for the corporate number I was give the number on the window and told to move my car (guess I was holding up the line). To my surprise after being hung up on twice it WAS not corporate BUT the number to that store. The conversation went no where but could clearly her staff in the back stating “why does it matter she can cancel the order”. I think I wont return again

I really like MacDonald about their cleanliness. At some point I waited a bit to get served, but I understood because of the number of customers they had to serve at the same time. They are quick regardless of the number of customers.

Every morning they get an attitude when they have to take your order because you didn’t use the kiosk
Like i did use the kiosk i chose pay at counter
They’ll have you standing there for 15 mins with only like 4 cars in drive thru
It’s so annoying

The service was so slow I found so much humor in it I made a TikTok 😂😂😂😂 but it’s ok I have an appreciation still😂 the girl was walking like a whole turtle BAHAHAHA

Drive thru
The guy that was working the counter was super rude to me and my co worker BECAUSE HIS kiosk didn't print us out receipts or give us a order number. Im in there everyday and dont deserve to get cussed at. Yall should probably look into some customer service training cause that was insane. Me and my co workers will start going some where else.

Good luck getting someone to answer the drive thru speaker and if they do, I promise they'll have an attitude. Not worth it.

I ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes for my food while there were no cars in the drive thru. Someone else pulled up after me and was served before me. Then someone told me someone else said they already brought me my food. Then I found out the shake machine is down so now I can’t get my shake. This one is always super slow but this was too much.
Never go at night. Seems to have a system down issue at least 3 nights a week every week

Pulled up to the drive thru ordered milkshakes from the menu, pulled up to the first window paid and got receipt, pulled to second window was told they don't have milkshakes and if I want to switch for different items. Was told to pull up and wait for refund, waited 15 minutes. Nobody came, I'm in a wheel chair, gf went in and they magically had milkshakes.
