Absolutely horrible experience came to the store. They were supposed to be open, but the manager came out lying to me that they didn’t have people even though they had enough people working there then she said they don’t have anybody to take my order even though there is plenty of people there, and also I said I can order on Automated stand machine. She said it’s not working even though it was clearly working and I pointed out to her and she just turned around, closed the door on me and they were just making a fool out of me.

Manager was very rude in the morning they gave me old food. I asked the manager if she had a attitude because of her aggressive behavior and she said she isn't from here. Which doesn't give her a pass to be unprofessional. She brought me more food out and my hash browns still looked old. She said they don't have any new oil. She said it is old .

They are rude 😤 And I think it's because we come up there a lot But we are homeless and you guys are the cheapest place for a homeless person to go 😭 Plus they told us if we don't like the service we can go find a different McDonald's. Don't care about their customers

It was ok. Your average McDonald’s. Really my main complaint is that they didn’t add extra tartar sauce on the McFish I ordered. I wouldn’t care if they didn’t charge for the extra. Also what is the deal with the half a cheese slice.
Vegetarian options: You can eat lettuce on tomatoes. They also have union or pickles. Spice it up with some mustard.

Make sure you COUNT YOUR CHANGE that tall lady cashier is real slick on morning shift. I called her out no apology or nothing. STOP STEALING
The manager Amber is wonderful. Seems like the most efficient and clean McDonald's in the Columbus area. Their ice cream.machine usually works!
