All I gotta say is that there was literally a WORM in my drink, floating at the top. I went in to report and possibly get a new drink, I waited almost 10 minutes just to get a new drink from the pump, and THEN they tried to charge me for my new drink. Absolutely disgusting, never coming here again.

Northern lights McDonald's very bad service,went in at 945am for breakfast they were serving lunch yesterday had a power surge,place was very dirty inside,I wouldn't go to this location try morse road location

It's okay...There's really nothing great or terrible about this McDonald's in particular...maybe I'm not giving them enough credit...they ARE a more busier McDonald's than some of the other ones...I mean, ever since Covid, they are literally the ONLY fast food restaurant around that actually stays open ALL night...And, they seem to be shorthanded....especially in the middle of the night....most of the time they only can do online orders or door dash because they don't have enough people to have 1 person take drive thru orders and another person cook....or maybe they just do that when 1 of the 2 people working goes on break....and that's just my terrible timing to blame....either way, on second thought....I think I'm going to have to bump them up 1 more star....yeah, I'm glad I thought about this a little....3 stars kinda makes them look like they suck....and they don't suck....I kinda suck for not taking everything they deal with into account....and I KNOW they deal with some BS throughout the day because about 15 years ago...maybe closer to 20 years ago....I worked at this very same McDonald's....and I only lasted a couple of months....so yeah, BIG UP TO NORTHERN LIGHTS MCDONALDS! They do their best with what they are given....or where they're located....You can't expect a miracle to happen in the middle of Cleveland Ave, yeah?

I can't even give them 1 star! My big Mac bun was hard as a rock, spen 32.00 on food and it was disgusting, frying cold and mushy! This has to be the worst mcdonals ther is in columbus! Of course I should never buy anything in linden! And I called 3x and no one answers and the recording say enter your access code!? What the f.... last time I will ever go there, trust me don't go! It's worth going to 17th Ave McDonald's they serve hot and fresh food!!, Mt cat and dog won't even eat this crap!

I stopped in today to get lunch. I ordered off the kiosk and had a number for them to bring me the food to my table. They called out my order from the counter. Then they forgot to give me a sweet tea and I waited for 10 minutes for it. The lady didn't even give me a straw which I had to ask for. The atmosphere was crazy loud with people hanging around the counter talking. That McDonald's has gone the tube a lot.
I ordered online at 10pm and went there to get my order for them to say, we closed. Your order will refund in 24 hours. Website said they are open..

Went thru drive thru, placed order, paid and then was told to pull up and they'll bring it out. 5 minutes later a guy comes out with an order that was different from my receipt. Still stayed in my truck waiting. Got tired of doing that so I walk in with my receipt, gave it to the counter person, they erased my order that I never got. They make the order and I can say that the fries were hot and fresh and the rest of the food was not hot and fresh. Smh.

Is what it is they messed up his bacon egg and cheese biscuit he subbed round egg 1st time biscuit was hard and folded egg 2nd time no bacon and folded egg 3rd time gave me an egg and cheese biscuit was irate at that point so told them just put his bacon in a flipping box SMH glad I stayed at window for the second and third ... Always check order here and get receipt js
