Cannot even order anything at this restaurant, they blame it being under staffed but all I asked for was for a drink and they said they were too busy to make it but there was not one car or anyone in the restaurant, I would be willing to wait, the staff just doesn’t want to work. Coming from someone who works at a restaurant this is so ridiculous

Did not allow me to even get a Medium hi-c because they were “too busy” but not one car was in the parking lot or drive through, as someone who works at a restaurant I thought this was beyond ridiculous because no matter how understaffed or busy we never refuse service , first and last time I ever come here, since they just like to refuse service to customers even with a very simple order.

Food was burnt and horrible it's crazy how they can make burnt chicken nuggets and expect kids to eat it.... Worse McDonald's location. Rude customer service that night lady needs to be FIRED!!!!! How could you even have such a carless person working cooking food and serving people burnt food. 1006 s. High St should be shut down!!! Corporate needs to hire new night staff. Very disappointed will never go back to this location..

Ive lived over here almost 9 months. This location is literally incapable of just handing you your food at the window. I ordered a small fry and a medium frappe, and they literally sent me around to their untimed spots to wair for over 4 minutes for the frappe. Very annoying.

Convenient when you need it if you live in the area but very anti-bicycle. Not allowed in drive thru, difficult to convince them you are here for curbside and inaccessible bike racks.

I don't know what's happening here, I've been going here for years. Now every time I go here around 6pm and order nuggets this is what I get. If they're not burnt they are rubber! If you ask for them fresh, you seriously have about a 75% chance of getting them all hard, cooked to long!!! There's a younger girl as the manager now and if you try to say something, She is NOT ok with it and will let you know. She treats you bad, like you're wasting her time and you should be happy with what you're given! All in all not a pleasant place now... The manager before her 100 times better than this one!

McDonald's is a good fast food when my time is limited. I buy the children chicken nuggets which is a reasonable price and the children are happy to eat.
