I had a lot of positive experiences here in the past going through the drive thru. I ordered one McChicken to pick up at the counter and it took them 20 minutes of me standing there. I couldn't get anyone's attention and the worker finally realized he forgot to place it on the front counter, it was just sitting in the back the whole time.

Drive thru time good, order was correct, associates very pleasant. I was a few minutes past cut off for breakfast and they were kind enough to put an Egg Mcmuffin together for me anyway...appreciated that

I was in drive thru lane 1 at the speaker. The 2nd drive thru lane had two cars pull up and leave. I asked the speaker if it was working. The attendant said, "yes, I am counting change". (How I am supposed to know that?) A simple I'll be right with you goes a long way. He did ask for my order number which I told him. By the 3rd time I had to repeat it, I did yell it at the speaker. He said it was not in the system. I went inside, where magically it was ready. I asked the manager why the guy told me they didn't have it. Her response was, "It's okay." I just left before someone started videoing me lose my shit.
Parking: 1006 S High St. They just could care less about customer service. It's McMcDonald's. You're going to go there whether they are nice or not.

This is the worst McDonalds to be in the GV area. You ask for a Large fry, & you get a medium instead? Do the employees not know the difference in sizes, or is that too hard for them to comprehend? Check your food everytime when you come here, because Holowicki’s team can’t do simple things right. & people want 15 an hour for them to sit on their asses in the back booth. Serving up attitude, but when you give it back they want to act shocked.

As a paying customer the restrooms are absolutely disgusting toilet paper all over the floor. Also I might add I guess this would not be considered a bathroom open to the public saying that you need a code to get in to the restroom. Really disappointing on the whole experience
I asked for a cup of water after ordering & was told i would have to go all the way around they cannot give a cup of water after you order

I come here every couple weeks and me and my 1 year old lunch date very friendly kind staff even when there busy it's very calm
Kid-friendliness: Luke is welcome for sure and they have high chairs
