Ordered an Oreo frappe - didn't know it contained caffeine. I requested a refund within 5 minutes of having the drink due to a caffeine sensitivity and the cashier confirmed that the drink was caffeinated. After calling the manager to the cash register to assist her. The manager insisted that the frappé was not caffeinated and that she could not issue a refund because " I didn't like the drink". After re-explaining my situation, the manager rolls her eyes and says that "she usually doesn't do this and this will the first and only time she could issue a refund". The manager is a bold face liar who said frappes are not caffeinated and will intentionally harm an individual to make a few bucks and Although, I was not aware of the ingredients; she lied. Ridiculous & dangerous to a company.

I don't know how many tries it takes to get a burger with no pickles and no onions, but after two attempts they still couldn't get it right. And when I brought it back the guy at the window had an attitude like I did something wrong.

The staff at this place can be very rude to the less fortunate and you might stand at the register for a good while waiting for someone to assist you, I have ordered a frappe and it was made, just sitting behind the counter for more than five minutes and they just kept serving people that ordered after me, not paying me any mind when I kept asking about my order.

This is the worst example of a McDonalds I’ve visited by far. The mismanagement and overwhelming lack of investment is frankly quite impressive. If you’re curious how awful an establishment can be and still bear the Golden Arches, stop by here after 8p… but grab Wendy’s first.

This is absolutely the WORST McDonald's in Columbus. Every single employee that works there is beyond RUDE. Disrespectful to the customers, esp when it's the workers own fault on getting a order messed up. There mobile pick up is a joke. Seriously avoid this location. Save yourself money and a headache!

The employees hide and ignore you/refuse to take your order in the drive thru during the middle of the day during opening hours. This has happened multiple times.

Literally the worst McDonald’s on the planet. Orders are never right if you order ahead or there. Told them I was missing the kids extra fries, the sauce for their nuggets and chocolate milk. She said the extra fries got upgraded to a small which is fine. She had an attitude the whole time like it was my fault they don’t know how to put things in bags and when I told her I was still missing sauce and chocolate milk. It’s not that hard to read an order. They also are never friendly.

The employees hid today at 10:45 pm and they close at 11 pm. We were at the speaker first and no one said anything so we pulled up to the window. We saw two employees that walked past us and didn’t say anything after we blowed our horn when we saw them. If they had to close early one of the employees that walked past could have said that they couldn’t take our order. I am a little disappointed only because I was starving and had mind set on a Filet o fish meal ? 2/3/24 10:45 pm

I've been through this same McDonald's everyday before work for the past two weeks, everyday I order or try to order the same thing LG caramel frappe with Xtra drizzle in the double cheeseburger bundle out of the two weeks that I've been there every day I've only been able to get my frappe twice because their machines always on the fritz I need to get it together

I usually don't write bad reviews but I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone, they have some very rude and disrespectful employees there, they need to work on there communication skills along with customer service.Parking: They have parking spots on the right side and the back of the building, shouldn't be a issue to get a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't say it's kid-friendly because of the rude employees and it is usually kinda dirty, plus some times not the best crowd of people is in there.
