If I could choose no stars I would. I ordered a triple sandwich a double ending McChicken they forgot about me in the drive through and then brought me three cheeseburgers it's 1:30 in the morning when I bought this and I make it home to find out that's what it was and I paid $10 in change to top it off I tried to call the facility it's all automated no luck there too

Showed up to pick up a doordash. Went through and around the drive-thru to pick it up stopped at the drive-thru window and was told by the old lady with gray hair to go back around the building and wait in line again behind another 10 cars to go through the drive-thru again and call in my order again because they didn't have the order ready. Made me late and caused me a contract violation getting me almost deactivated from doordash. This is poor customer service at its worst. And no customer doordash or not should be treated this way.

WORST DOOR DASH ORDER IN THE HISTORY OF MC-*#$#÷$ UPS.... How hard is it to read a screen and then pack the order on the screen? "I want $15-20/ hour wages" yet they cannot read a order and put it in the bag. If I was at the window and got the order as wrong as it was, missing 2 pies, got 1 drink not 2 and it was totally wrong, I would legit throw it through the window at the idiot that served it. DO BETTER MCDONALDS! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH CORPORATE! The 13 MILLION views of my Google Reviews should also share, drive a bit farther to a McDonalds that can read and has a clue!

Stopped in for lunch. Attempted to use the self-service kiosk because the team was totally ignoring all dine-in guests and the kiosk said the meal I wanted was unavailable after midnight (it was 12:30pm). I waited at the register and after being ignored for 8 mins, I left.
Very Rude ! Today me and my partner were scheduled for a 30 minute interview, upon arriving we sat down and the manager poked her head out. Very rudely she proceeded to ask how old are you, I proceeded to tell her I was 18, that’s all she asked and when I replied what shifts I can work she immediately shut me down and walked away. At no point did she try to sit down and interview me , she didn’t even care to say “goodmorning” or “hello” very rude service, also witnessed how she talks to the customers like if she’s tired of her own life. Please do better!

They forgot ny 2 sausage burritos called back, no problem said they realized they forgot them as I was driving off, she even said she would give me a free drink and anotger burrito, when I went back, the manager claimed she never talked to me aaid I never called, I showed her the number and when I called in my phone history and she said that's not even our number but when I called it right in front of her, the phone IN HER HAND rang and she answered! Just trash! Horrible!
