Ordered an Ice coffee and couldn't swallow the first sip, because half of the cup was liquid sugar. I went Inside for help and was shocked at how gross it was. This location is built for drive through only and needs frequent random inspections. The smell inside was yucky, along with old dried up food/drink I could see on the machinery. It was a nightmare to see and smell. Please proceed with caution.

So long as you’re specific about what you’re ordering (asking for condiments when you order and light/heavy ice, it’s a convenient stop. If it’s a busy time and the lines long, it’d be foolish to assume they’re not rushing too

1st time at this McDonald’s during my school lunch and I just would like to state that, had I not have to be back at school on time, I definitely would have came back, I am highly disappointed!! VERY disgusted….to notice someone’s long piece of hair in the cup that Ive been drinking from, I never had this happen to me before , ruined my whole meal , almost wanted to vomit smh you guys should definitely be wearing hair nets at all times, this was definitely unsanitary and I will not be back !

Was in Columbus Visting From Cincinnati… I was out shopping for about 3 hrs in the area cause it’s a lot of stores…. I chose to stop at McDonald’s order my food inside and use the bathroom… I was told “bathrooms are not for the public only employees”…. Well in Business 101 I’m no longer a guest once I spend my money… I’m a customer at that point… You guys are around so many stores…. people shop in this area of course customer's are going to want to use the restroom & kids…. Won’t be back at all…
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and received it half eaten with a bite taken out of the back. Completely ridiculous.

Nothing against the service at this place because everyone was pleasant, but when did the McFlurry start being a McParfait? Honestly they just need to change the name. There have been multiple times and multiple McDonald’s where they dont bother blending the topping into the ice cream. They are just sprinkling it on top. It would be better if they at least layered it, but this feels like yet another thing that’s not worth spending money on.

Ordered a small coke and they gave me what looked like a child size. When I looked on the side of the cup it was marked for McCafe and Orange Juice, which are sized smaller than fountain drinks. I mean, just eye balling the cup you can tell it was way too small for a soft drink order, so I can't help but feel they were just having some fun at my expense. "Let's see how small of a cup we can give this guy!" I was going to drive back and get the order corrected, but it seemed like such a small issue to go back and complain about, for what amounts to about 4 fluid oz of coke, I decided against it. So, in conclusion, having nothing else to rate and review this place on other than the fact that my small drink was provided to me in a comically small cup, I have to go with 2 stars. Friendly and prompt service kept it from being a 1.

Drive thru sucks half the time food is either old hard or the drink is bad meaning bread is hard and the drink doesn't taste like it should tastes like it's 2 days old and the coke tastes like carbonation or half diet half something else now back to my real concern. Your delivery truck always blocks portions of the drive thru exit causing drivers to worry about running into the lift gate to the truck, Then the employees are too busy to watch to make sure I don't hit anything so I had to back up out of the drive thru,my suggestion is to inform your delivery drivers do not pull all the way forward so that way it leaves the drive-thru exit open for your customers and better service as of this message I will not be going back to your restaurant
