I ordered a 20 piece chicken mcnugget for my kids, and they only gave a 10 piece. Also, I ordered three large fries, and this is what I received. See photo. It's so annoying, but this location is known to mess up orders. Today, I finally decided to leave a review. Always check your drove thru order because it is most likely incorrect or missing food.

This drive through is probably the worst mcdonald’s drive through in Ohio. I’ve had better experiences at 3 am out in the middle of nowhere. I was told BASIC menu items “weren’t possible to make”. And when given the food I struggled to order with the woman who can BARELY speak english over the intercom, HALF OF IT WAS WRONG. At very least if you’re going to hire non english speaking workers, have the people communicating with the customers verbally. Have effective english speaking skills.

On our continued hunt for the Happy Meal squishmallows, we stopped into the location to get a couple of happy meals, one with chicken nuggets and one with the hamburger. Both came with the usual apple slices and adorable fries (seriously, I always think the tiny fry that comes in these is so cute) - and yes, the coveted Squishmallows. We also grabbed some hot 'n spicy McChicken sandwiches. Staff was friendly and efficient, food came out reasonably quickly and was as expected. This location has such a neat exterior design too.

Absolutely terrible. Pulled in and the menu boards were off (they were open) and the person taking our order was short when we had questions about the menu. Food was disgusting… Old hashbrown, hard biscuit, and cold apple pie. I’d save your money and go elsewhere.

This place is the worst sit here try to make me pay $5 for a drink I don’t want and tell me they can’t put flavor I want in a ice coffee… I explained three times how to do it and they still say they can’t… little do they know I work at a McDonald’s and I know what you can and can’t do… nor should you be rude on the speaker with customers then the guy handing food out was rude not paying attention too worried bout his phone
