The staff is soo unprofessional and rude to a customer and when I do Doordash sometime they even show a worse attitude and treat you with disrespect so disappointed, do come here at all DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible mcdonalds. I have never gotten my food through the 2nd window. They ALWAYS send you to a mobile order spot even if you came through the drive thru. They instantly sent 4 cars back to back to back past the 2nd window into the mobile ordering. Nobody cares about your drive thru times. I ordered a 10 pc nugget combo it shouldn't be hard to make. And as I type this the car that was behind me gets their food. Delightful. Dont waste your time with this garbage business.

I usually avoid this McDonald’s location. The service feels lower quality, orders are less reliable, and somehow the food itself seems worse than other locations. Not sure if it’s staff training or prep issues, but the experience is consistently disappointing compared to others nearby.

Worst location of McDonalds in the nation. I have ordered online and also pick up orders and these guys don’t put half of my orders in the bag! No sauces no napkins no full order. And when i call them to complain they are telling me it is your fault because you need to check your bag before you leave, so i have to park in the drive through and take all the orders out from the bag and check everything in there! What about the delivery option?? Should i come there and check everything as well?

Cashier just having a conversation with a customer when there's people in line to order some of us have jobs to do on a time frame definitely won't be back to this one service was horrible
There is only one toilet working at this location that women with children can use. The restroom in the play area has been locked with an out of order sign for days and in the 2 stall female restroom by the entrance one stall is also locked. The restrooms need attention!

Staff is rude act like it’s a burden to take my order. The only McDonald’s that has a play land for my kids and the bathroom in the playland is out of order, such an inconvenience the manager never offered to help me with carrying my food and I’m in a wheelchair.
