Cashier just having a conversation with a customer when there's people in line to order some of us have jobs to do on a time frame definitely won't be back to this one service was horrible

There is only one toilet working at this location that women with children can use. The restroom in the play area has been locked with an out of order sign for days and in the 2 stall female restroom by the entrance one stall is also locked. The restrooms need attention!

Staff is rude act like it’s a burden to take my order. The only McDonald’s that has a play land for my kids and the bathroom in the playland is out of order, such an inconvenience the manager never offered to help me with carrying my food and I’m in a wheelchair.

The lady at the drive through has a nasty attitude
She’s so rude I think she’s the manager
I ask for fresh fries after they give me old fries I ask very nicely I said please and thank you which she never replied she just look at me she look so annoyed about it then she hand me new fries which apparently they were remade but it look like she just dumped the same old fries to the fryer
The bag it was full of grease in first place
The the fries were so old that it’s not that hard to to see that when the put it back on the frier most of the salt come off so I didn’t wanted to make a big deal about the fries I told her those are not fresh fries they look like there been sitting there for a long time and they just refried them so ask for my money back which it was not that hard to give me my money back because I pay cash
And she turn around started talking to another employee while I was there how people order stuff and then ask for their money back she didn’t even come back to give me my money the other employee was super rude talking about me while I was there hearing her conversation I just ask her I’m not trying to argue I just need my money back please so she responds I don’t know why you order and ask for a refund so I reply because I don’t want to pay for something that I already give it back and obviously I’m not going to eat as sample as that so they make hard on costumer just for fries I wasn’t asking for anything free I just ask for my money back for items I didn’t get but they are super rude they need to get retrained

I tried McDonald’s new Spicy Egg McMuffin, and it was a letdown. The spice comes from a Sriracha-spiked sauce, not the sausage, which makes the sandwich unnecessarily sloppy. The sauce overwhelms the classic egg, cheese, and sausage flavors, turning a solid breakfast staple into a messy, unbalanced bite. I’d rate it poorly and stick to the original.

I visited this location specifically because it has a playplace. The facility is clean, the food was quick and the staff was mostly friendly. The playplace is definitely geared more towards older kids though probably 6 and up.

I received a caramel frappe from the McDonald's down the street.It was full of ice.I asked them if they could fix it.And they declined to fix it.Do not waste your time going there.Maria was the manager on staff.She was not very polite at all

Food is as usual ok. Staff this time said ice cream machine doesn't work. They charged me for late and then at pick up machine is under clean up. For refund then receipt machine doesn't work. So what else doesn't work. 3 lies is the charm🤣 and we like this place very much as it's the only place around here with indoor playground. We have invested a fortune here already😀

I love going to McDonalds and especially because my son likes to play there. But I would never really go back to this place, the black-haired Latina manager is a first-class rude, she makes fun of dark-haired people and those who don't know how to speak English. Their attention and customer service is terrible with all the expression of the word! He knows absolutely nothing about Costumer SERVICES! I really hope Mcdonals changes this type of staff in its facility! It is a place for children where people should laugh not be upset and bitter about their work.

We had two mobile orders and one order at the window and they made us pull completely around for the second mobile order. I understand wanting the times that cars are waiting, but it was the middle of the night and literally no one else was there it was honestly embarrassing. The lady working tonight was an absolute angel but the guy working was honestly so frustrating and didn’t get our sauces with the meal.
