Went for breakfast. Tried to use my free mc cafe coupon. You know the one you have to earn by buying five. Well my total before and after the coupon was $13.09. WHAT??? The employees couldn’t care less. Whether you are satisfied or not. They trip all over themselves making excuses as to why you can’t use your reward. Ummm yes that is a reward! So no frappe for me! Go figure! And don’t get me started on the cash only our system is down! No reward credits there either!
The staff was friendly. They ended up giving us an extra burger with our order without charging us. The bathrooms were a bit disgusting though and could be tended to a little more.
We ordered large fries and large drink...they asked us to wait at the reserve parking because we were getting fresh fries. Well they forgot about you! Never again.
