Super rude manger I think she was Indian. I placed an online order and I went in and they said I had to go through the drive thru for it but I said I can’t because i’m late for work so then she sits there trying to argue with me. Then she says I didn’t pay for it so I showed her that it was paid for and then got my food. She started talking to a co worker in front of me and said some very rude things. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Mcdonald’s. Worst experience i’m going to be reporting this to corporate.

I always find it hypocritical. To over hear a manager disciplining/ belittling there employee for something minor about how “that is not good customer service”
That is not the tone you take with anyone, yet alone someone who works for you. And if ya want to provide good customer service don’t speak that way in ear shot of your customers. Take them to your office and have an actual conversation like a respectful human being, instead of snapping at them in the moment because your in a bad mood.

My family and i frequent this location alot and the employees are always nice and not rude unless they need to be and i absolutely love that, they are very fast with the lines and getting people their food or drinks. Please dont change lol finding a spot that has good workers that enjoy working in fast food.

Ordered literally one egg and cheese biscuit and they somehow forgot the cheese and gave me the world's worst stale biscuit at 8am... Like shut this location down it's been a nightmare. No one answers their phone or resolves any of these issues and you have to waste time calling corporate for them to do something about it

We ordered before a few people yet they got their food first and there were more of them. They were supposed to bring our food to us according to their kiosk yet we had to get out own. They didn't give us our cups and I ordered lemons which I didn't get. The fries were cold. My son's sandwich had all his condiments including cheese fall off to one side. And another couple of ladies ordered before us, they were sitting down waiting for their food. When they finally asked about it no one had made their food. What a miserable place
So today I took my grandkids to this location and was just blown away by the service we received. Every single interaction with staff was way above and beyond! Professional, kind, smiles, understanding! They were so nice to all of us and literally this made my entire day! The store was sparkling clean and the outside play place was clean and the kids loved it! The store is also modern and looks amazing. Thanks for literally making my day today and treating us all like your family members! Much appreciated!!!

This location always has a fast service and a clean room. WiFi and drive-thru are available. I tried McDonald’s new chicken fingers here. It tasted fresh and hot like decent ones, but it was a little salty.
