We ordered before a few people yet they got their food first and there were more of them. They were supposed to bring our food to us according to their kiosk yet we had to get out own. They didn't give us our cups and I ordered lemons which I didn't get. The fries were cold. My son's sandwich had all his condiments including cheese fall off to one side. And another couple of ladies ordered before us, they were sitting down waiting for their food. When they finally asked about it no one had made their food. What a miserable place

So today I took my grandkids to this location and was just blown away by the service we received. Every single interaction with staff was way above and beyond! Professional, kind, smiles, understanding! They were so nice to all of us and literally this made my entire day! The store was sparkling clean and the outside play place was clean and the kids loved it! The store is also modern and looks amazing. Thanks for literally making my day today and treating us all like your family members! Much appreciated!!!

This location always has a fast service and a clean room. WiFi and drive-thru are available. I tried McDonald’s new chicken fingers here. It tasted fresh and hot like decent ones, but it was a little salty.

Signage on highway is out of date, lists location as being open 24 hours but is only open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:59 p.m.

I used the app for table service and they actually brought the food to our table. I was very pleasantly surprised. Other locations call you to the counter, even when you enter a table number, causing confusion. The dining room was clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. I like McDonald's breakfast, so I thought the food was good. My special order was correct.

Pretty frustrating experiences using the app recently. Have missed multiple items of food on my orders through the app. Won’t let me get refunded for the missing items on the app.

Idk how but this one's the best around Columbus.. I suppose because of the employees that work at this location. Always professional and kind despite any kind of chaos and foods always perfect no matter how weird I make my order lol

the night staff are horrible i had an mobile order & i stopped at the drive thru & despite the fact that they didn't even say hello the first thing they said is second windows
i drove to the window & i can see them talking & laughing & when they decided to give me the order they opened the window
& just handed it to me without saying anything
