This is a great McDonald’s! They are very efficient and also friendly! Honestly I’m impressed each time with how quickly they have mr quarter pounders ready. Highly recommend!
I wanted to update my review 2 years later, this McDonald’s is still well-managed with friendly and efficient service and well-made food. I am still impressed with coming to this location. Keep it up.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is a joke when it comes to service. The last two times being to this location my oder has been wrong (once on the inside and once at the drive-thru). When I pointed out they messed up the order it was an arument to try to get it corrected. Them saying the food was never paid for or that I ate the food before telling them. Then the workers will make up whatever story they want to make them sound like they are in the right. Let alone they are very unprofessional with how they where dressed, no one has a name tag, and the language they use with customers is unacceptable. Don't bother saying you want to talk to a manager because they won't let you!

Tell your, lil bearded guy working the order taking to stop up charging when I did not ask for bigger meal, that is called stealing or swindling from your customers trying to trick them . Ive gone to this location frequently this month, mcdonalds food is basic in general, so food is give a 3 because it's McDonald's. I never dine in so I gave atmosphere 4, but service for me is the highlight for me. Whenever I visit everyone is smiling and nice. I will avoid other locations and go to this one instead because of their positive nature.

I asked the cashier for a receipt. She did not speak English☹️ She had to get assistance from a young employee that was in break. I appreciate people who have jobs. Employers need to ensure they place them in jobs they can perform.

The females who were currently working there as I type were talking bad about me behind my back, laughing and were confusing me after I placed my order like I was stupid and I payed for my order but they said it didn't go through. It was like it was high school all over again, overall at least they got my order right except I had alternatives to the order which they got wrong. I had a bad experience, but at least they got my order right sort of so I’m giving this specific area place a 2/5. I do love McDonald’s so I’m thinking about getting it delivered now or going some other area instead of getting pick up. Not to mention I was being calm the whole time while they were acting extremely rude and making things harder when it wasn't suppose to be hard they made it look difficult.

I don’t normally leave reviews for places like this, I’ve worked in customer service for years and worked in fast food, I understand what it’s like. We went through to pick up TWO mobile orders. Confirmed this with the person on the speaker and the person at the first window. The guy at the second window handed us one order and acted completely confused that we said we had another one. He asked for the code again, then we just got a rude “we can’t pull up the order. you’ll get a refund on your card.” I didn’t ask for a refund at all? I literally confirmed my mobile order with 2 other people. I’m confused why they suddenly couldn’t find it. It felt like they were trying to rush me away. I ended up leaving and placing another order at the mcdonald’s on 5th and they had no problem pulling up my order.

This place is a joke! After what I saw the employees doing when I was ready to order,I walked out without ordering. There were 2 young ladies wearing hijabs and their long dresses. They were laying across the booth seats resting. I thought they were customers. Then the one saw me and asked if she could take my order. I was like hell no! I am not eating here! Not because of who they were (describing them so hopefully management will know who they are) but because they were laying on the benches!! Very unprofessional! They had no uniform shirts or anything to show they were employees, not even name tags, just a headset. Like I said, I ordered nothing and I won't return!

There is a guy work there his name Anthony he act like he is a boss or owner with ugly attitude I don’t think he went throw background check before he get hired and this is the reason why McDonalds like trash now bcz the hiring ppl they don’t know how to deal with a customer 🤬
