Wrong order every single time, ask for no pickles they will just give you an old burger that had pickles and pull them off with their hands for you, complete lack of caring and will argue with you when you ask to replace any order that is made wrong. Go anywhere else

I get breakfast for the Movers and Office staff on Friday mornings here at Leaders Moving & Storage. I always order enough for 35-40 people. Nichole (Opening manager) and her team are fantastic! No one wants to walk in the door on a Friday morning at 4:30 and start with 40 Big Breakfasts, but she does! Food is always hot and ready. And it’s always brought out with a smile. Nichole, thank you for always providing excellent service, even though starting out I’d only give you a 30 min heads up 😋. You help make the staff here at Leaders very happy on Friday mornings!

Store was a mess, food and condiments on the floor with almost no clean tables. Staff was incredibly rude and someone in the back was cursing about making orders. While waiting on my food multiple customers needed help with the kiosk because it was out of paper but no one was at the counter to help them. Food was good though Horrible service and experience overall

I usually get good service and appetizing food. Today 12-24-2024 I got Big Macs made with buns that could have been used as clay pigeons for skeet shooting they were so hard and dried out. Talk about ruining your Xmas Eve. Try harder McDonald's on Worthington Galena at Worthington Woods.

Headed here after a high school football game with a car full of teenage boys. All separate orders so I park and go in. Lights are on, doors unlocked, kiosks are on, girl pops up and says they are closed, use the drive through. Like what? Sign says your open.....
