Went to get breakfast with my family at 5:30am and the store hours on the front door says they open the dining room at 5am. The doors were still locked and when we asked when the dining room opened they told us 6am. They should change the advertised time if they’re not following the advertised time. Plus they didn’t open the drive through until after we tried to get in, we even watched someone pull out because the drive through wasn’t accepting customers yet.

Raw Virus

11-24-25 near 7:08am they refuse to help me and gave me no service. Two mangers one Mexican lady and one blk lady ) and one Mexican guy come from the back saw me and did not help. Mexican lady saw me and ran right by me and did not speak or take my order while the Mexican guy looked up at me while putting a bucket under the counter and went back to the back. Blk lady was doing drive through and was too much worried about standing back there waiting for food to put in bag for customers in drive through. One minute later a white man got out his car went into the restaurant and he got his stuff and left less than a minute.

First time stopping at this location. I have been to many locations owned by the same owners. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with them. They were friendly and efficient and the food wad pretty good. I usually order a pretty big order and my recent visit was no exception. My drinks were already in the carrier, without me having to ask. Yes I had to wait but they did not pull me up, like every other location, and informed me of what they were waiting on. All my requested sauces were in the bag. I was very happy with my visit. Keep up the awesome work!

I didn't get any Monopoly pieces. I tried to submit a complaint on the app, and then online, but neither worked. Then I called corporate customer service (no answer) and I called the restaurant (no answer). Guess I'm out of luck.

The female who took the order was pleasant and I thought this is going to be a great experience…boy was I wrong. Got my food pulled off and went into the bag to taste a fry…COLD like room temperature cold so how long was those sitting out. Get home look at my burger it was BURNT. Never had a burnt burger from McDonald’s. I guess there is a first time for everything. AVOID this McDonald’s. To make it worse it was a manger who handed me my food.

The drive thru process needs attention, when you arrive need to wait two or three minutes to be asked if using app, after placing order sometimes you pay at first windows on timely manner. The issues start when waiting for order at times takes 6 or more minutes to bring your drink and another few minutes for food. This restaurant used to be great but taking almost 10 minutes in my opinion that is to long.

I absolutely loved how nice and attentive the gentleman was the day my mom, niece and I came in. He was so enthused to help us when we didn't know where exactly to order as we had cash. He was really sweet and checked on us to make sure everything was fine. He even helped us when my niece's apple juice was missing from her happy meal. He was overall the reason for a higher score.

Here were the negatives: The audacity of one of the staff members to roll her eyes at my mother after simply asking for paper towels because there was orange flavoring all over the soda bar (I am allergic to smell/taste but had not been over to the soda bar). We didn't mention anything to the Manager as it's Worthington and with current cultural tensions didn't want to be seen as causing an issue.

2. The harassment of other (teen/young adults) towards us all due to racial tension, assumption and prejudice. We are aware that my niece is lighter than my mother and I and certain people get so flustered about a dark skinned woman holding a lighter skinned baby (and this has happened to us at other places more urbanized as well). News flash to THEM: both of her parents are BLACK! Anyway, the constant taunting and intentional intimidation (they kept walking back and forth past us for no reason pointing at my niece and at my mother and I making faces at us) we experienced during our 45 minute visit was almost enough to have me intentionally taunt back. The manager was very kind and apologetic about the behavior with the other customers towards us and further let them know to leave us alone. They left a bit later. It happened again with two darker skinned men (who I assumed were from Africa, but did not ask) who constantly talked about how they couldn't believe the audacity that we would be at the McDonald's...

Other than that, the location was nice and we were intrigued to find out that there were like tablets for kids to use at some of the booths.

05/10/2025 - First time visiting this McDonalds and the experience was awesome. I ordered the #9 Breakfast Combo (Steak, Egg, & Cheese Bagel) with a regular medium black coffee. Everything tasted fresh and it was flavorful. The manager on shift took my order. She was approachable, and professionally friendly. This McDonald’s was the first time I have ever purchased and tasted the McCrispy Strips (yummy)! The restaurant itself is big, clean, and modern. They have high booths, outlets for your electronics, and stationed tablets to entertain our little ones. Parking out front. Quick drive thru. Awesome staff!

Nicole she always goes above and beyond to make sure my coffee is made right 6crams 6 sugars 2 vannillas and wip cream the trick that most people dont do that she does is stirs it others throw the lid on so thx nicole

While at the first drive through window, I handed the employee my money to pay for my food. While the employee appeared to be counting the money, the employee appeared to have mumbled something under his breath while looking at me. No one should ever mumble anything to me when speaking to me. If a person has something to say to me, they need to speak up. I do not tolerate even the appearance of disrespect.
