Update: I work at Chace Bank and every day of the work week I stop here. For a month now it's been every day that something is messed up. The quality has really went down. How do you forget the pancakes in a big breakfast. The main is pancakes....smh

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Food comes out SOAKED in grease, service through through drive through is hit or miss as in if you pull up to the outer lane you’re IGNORED sat there for 10mins as i see 5-6 car’s go before me while I’m at the speaker. Don’t even get me started on door-dashing from this location 1/3 items are consistently missing from my order usually fries or chicken nuggets. The only positive thing they have here is the day shift during breakfast. PLEASE goto the other McDonalds by firestone if you actually want accuracy and zero food poisoning.

Update: I had to leave work from feeling so ill and not have just thrown up my McDonald’s. The throw up smelled just like the mcchicken that I ate, my body didn’t process it even one bit that’s how rancid it was. Gross negligence is a thing.
Don’t eat here. I felt fine today, ate two mcchickens from here and now my stomach hurts like hell and I’m feeling dizzy. The kid that handed me the food also had zero professionalism, didn’t smile, didn’t say thanks, didn’t say anything just handed me the food with a frown and then closed the window like he was pissed at the world that he had to actually work for a living. Idk how this garbage company is still in business. First time eating it in years, and it’ll be the last time ever.

Just a horribly rude drive thru woman. She said you can’t get water with a happy meal and you can’t get a happy meal without getting a drink , and it can’t be water . .this is why I rarely go to McDonald’s. Ive grown to expect bad service from McDonald’s . Unfortunately for me my kids wanted happy meals … didn’t argue because I didn’t want spit in my food ..that’s what I would expect from someone so inconsiderate .

McRib, yum!! It was self serve. When my food was ready it was placed on the counter with no ticket and the worker said nothing. Customer service is pretty lax
The manager here at this location is awful. She kept arguing with me over the drive-through about something that’s not on the menu when it is. McDonald’s does make double cheeseburgers and it can be made as a meal. I heard her say oh my God over the intercom. How incredibly disrespectful and childish of her. She said she had been there for three years. She clearly needs to lose her job if that’s her customer service this place is awful and so is the manager.

Probably won't go to this location again if the main reason for going right now doesnt exist in this location.
