waited 2 hours for them to hand food over to an uber eats driver just to have my food taken by someone not who they claim they are terrible service

I ordered food through the McDonald’s app but when it got here I only received two of my seven items being two sandwiches, the bag was sealed with the McDonald’s sticker when received meaning my food was never put in the bag and when I tried to call nobody answered after multiple attempts so I have no way of getting any compensation & or refund or even just contacting someone. TLDR: I didn’t receive the food I paid for. Attached is the photo of what I received

This is a bad location. Over the years it’s been ran down and it’s just old. The speakers or their microphones outside are horrible. I think about 8 times out of 10 you are asked to pull to the first window because they can’t hear you speaking directly into the microphone. At times the staff at the windows are also rude. I mean if it’s a bad day because of the machine that’s not the customers fault. It doesn’t have to show you’re miserable to take someone’s order. All & All .. it is a JOB. Just bad business most of the time
