This McDonald's has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I went in with my pregnant friend, and when we approached the counter, the girl working there (no name tag) didn’t even acknowledge us. While placing our order, I mentioned that my friend needed to use the restroom. The girl mumbled “one moment” so quietly it was barely audible.
She took forever just to ring up two $5 McDouble combos. At one point, she walked away, came back, and just stood there staring off into space. Another worker (also no name tag) had to come out and show her how to use the register.
Meanwhile, my friend kept asking to use the restroom, but the cashier ignored her. We finally paid and asked again, and the cashier whispered, “Don’t rush my register.”
At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. The girl ignored me and went back to stargazing. I asked for her name multiple times before she finally whispered, “Mya.” I then asked another male coworker for the manager—no response.
Then, out of nowhere, another customer who had just walked in started inserting herself into the situation. I asked if she worked for McDonald's—she said no—so I told her to mind her business. I asked for the manager again, and the male coworker snapped at me, saying, “She’s coming, damn.”
At this point, I was fed up. I loudly said, “I WANT THE MANAGER NOW!” and told the other customer to shut up and stay out of it.
Finally, a short woman who had been training the cashier came out with five other employees, all wearing safety vests but no name tags. The manager just stared at me as I explained what had happened. Meanwhile, the other customer kept running her mouth, and I had to tell her—again—to shut up.
She started complaining about me having my hand at chest level while talking, even though I was three feet away from everyone. She told me to back up, but I reminded her that she was the one stepping into my space.
The manager never said a single word to me and just walked off.
Bottom line: Avoid this place. The employees don’t care, the service is a joke, and judging by the smell in there, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all high.

Food is always fresh so that’s a big plus for me, so far I haven’t had any issues with staff they are awesome However they need help in there busy location and seem to b under staffed!!

I literally just got back from there and I just spent $16 and they didn't even get my order right and their machine kiosk didn't print me out a receipt but they forgot a burrito a sausage egg and cheese biscuit so kind of pissed off because I walked all the way down there and walk home and didn't even realize that my food was missing and I spent $16 there so just be careful and be alert when you get your food and make sure that they do their jobs.

Unprofessional, I'm trying to figure out when it was ok to bring your kid to work and babysit them while you work! Also crew members in the a.m. two specifically that wouldn't get up to take my order, but want to tell me how I have to move my vehicle for their truck. I say yes as soon as I get my drink they insist the world is going to end if I don't move it now, I refuse because first off you couldn't even get up to take my order and trying to talk to me like they forgot they was at work. Talking to people when they are not even talking to them. Telling me I'm not talking to her in a certain way...like why was you gonna fight me over it meanwhile your standing by your kid while you're supposed to have customer service and be working trying to check me. What a joke says everything about you and your company. Get it together

Everything about this place is hot garage. They first only charged my card for $5 of the $20 I ordered and had me sit in the drive thru for over 5 minutes to sort that out. Then my chicken big Mac was rock hard and did they fix it? Wait for it no. So this place deserves no stars. Customer service is not a thing here. If people would stop coming to this shitty McDonald's then maybe the corporate office would do something about it.
I was there about 2 am. The service was trash and the workers were rude and didn't know what they were doing. They also don't know what orders go to what car. It's worth the drive to go far away from that place.

I was order just now at 11 bc I wanted a late night snack. I order the first time and spent 14.95 but ended having to cancel the order because we forgot something AND WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE THING. Then I ordered again and forgot the sauces, I called and they answered but didn’t say anything , so I hung up and called again but no answer….i just wanted to add sauce to my food and I called MULTIPLE times…

They wont allow you to use the restroom UNLESS you buy something! There is nothing on your door where you HAVE to buy something to use the restroom UNLESS. Laat time i checked mcdonalds bathrooms were public. Terrible being forced to buy something to go pee after i was traveling for 6 hours. Needless to say i did mot buy anything and pissed in your parking lot
