Asked for fresh brewed coffee, the coffee had been sitting and was burnt smelling and was full of coffee grounds that was served, employee lied and said it was fresh. Customers know the difference!

If I could give this place a zero I would. When you pull up to the speaker to place your order and the employee doesn’t welcome you and then when you processed to place your order and she says “I have another car and shuts off the speaker”! RUDE. Customer service isn’t a top priority there.
Also when you have a dual drive thru you should NOT be using the menu screen for DT 2 on DT 1! It’s called proper training and stress control.

I got a Carmel frape I. Was getting odd little Textures just thought it was something in the mix and it was 4 am and dark so I didn't see what it was at first I got back to work and got a decent size Squishy chunk oh gosh and I spit it out in my hand and it was a peice of a damn maggot I Threw up off and on for a couple hours from being so grossed out with what I just drank half of.I dont know if I will ever be able to drink another frape. But sure as heck not feom there.

Their customer service is terrible. I ordered takeout from the online store and it took an hour to pick up the food. I was so disappointed. The efficiency is so low.
When i've been traveling eight hours and I go to get mcdonald's, because they they say they're open now mind and then I get there and they're not open, it's quite disappointing.

I would give zero stars if i could. Manager was RUDE. Dude running the drive-thru was RUDE. I ordered in the app, and ordered and PAID for sauce when i ordered. They left it out of the bag, and proceeded to yell at us and tell us we had to pay for the sauce- which i paid for. I even showed them my receipt. The fry box wasn't even popped open to properly fill the fries and my burger was wrong on top of being yelled at. Most disgusting customer service i have EVER had at a McDonald's.

For a McDonald's this IS the best one for miles! They use the steak seasoning on the burgers and the flavor is outrageous. Ask for a double extra onions ONLY and see for yourself! Services exceptional as well very fast even if you get pulled forward you won't be there long
