Here out of town for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. And I don’t typically eat at McDonald’s but the kids wanted it so I caved and we stopped. It was 10:45 am and both kids wanted happy meals so we stuck around and waited. It was quiet and not busy (I’m from Toledo and mornings are crazy so it was nice it being quiet). When 11 hit I ordered the meals but the kiosk freaked out a bit and had me pay at the register but didn’t give me a receipt. I told the gentleman it didn’t give me a receipt and he said no problem what did you ordered and I told him and paid. A kind woman brought the food to us and told us enjoy and we had a pleasant dining experience. Upon leaving I asked for a refill of my drink and the kind woman who brought us our food refilled it. And then turned to both of the little with me and asked if they wanted refills (I’m so happy she did) . And then as we were just about to leave as we were piling into the car the same woman who helped us came running out because one of the little left their phone. Great customer service. Definitely recommend if you are a McDonald’s fan.

Best McDonalds in Westerville/Polaris area. Staff is super friendly and take special requests with no hesitation! They really put customer satisfaction as their number one priority

Ordered no salt fries, got old cold salted fries, cheeseburger bun was stale and hard. Needless to say it was wasted money as it was thrown away.

Ordered lunch at 1:20pm 12/19/24 was refused a copy of my receipt then the girl at the 2nd window shoved the food out the window at me and the sandwich and fires were ice cold. Employees were rude and did not care. Won’t be back to this location anytime soon

Waiting 20 plus minutes, watched the guy in front of us get his coffee order wrong 3 times after waiting 30 minutes. The staff seemed nice and well meaning but there is something going on, it wasn't a lunch rush or a crunch time or shift change

I stopped here for breakfast over the weekend, and I must say, this McDonald's location is at the top of my list for cleanliness, hot and fresh food, and friendly service. The counter member was welcoming, and the attention to detail in both the decor and atmosphere really stood out. Other locations should take note – this place sets a high standard!

Fries were quick and fresh, nice and hot. Tried using the bathroom but one employee was in there for a good 15 mins and once he left before I had time to get up another employee comes speed walking into the backroom and was there for ANOTHER 15 mins, so that was the only thing I didn't like lol. They must not get a lunch break during their shift. I know when I worked at McDonald's they never gave me breaks on my shifts.
