Very clean dining room, restrooms as well. My only issue was the nuggets in my daughter's happy meal were fried a little too hard. Like someone let them go past time.

On the surface, this McDonald’s is just like any other. However, sometimes the little things really do make a big difference. My wife and I have a running joke that we will not go anywhere else besides this specific McDonald’s, simply because of the service. Every time we go through the drive-through, we are always greeted kindly, and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. They also have never gotten our order incorrect. I would rather drive 15 minutes to this location than get mediocre service anywhere else. Great staff, and by all accounts great management.

Here out of town for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. And I don’t typically eat at McDonald’s but the kids wanted it so I caved and we stopped. It was 10:45 am and both kids wanted happy meals so we stuck around and waited. It was quiet and not busy (I’m from Toledo and mornings are crazy so it was nice it being quiet). When 11 hit I ordered the meals but the kiosk freaked out a bit and had me pay at the register but didn’t give me a receipt. I told the gentleman it didn’t give me a receipt and he said no problem what did you ordered and I told him and paid. A kind woman brought the food to us and told us enjoy and we had a pleasant dining experience. Upon leaving I asked for a refill of my drink and the kind woman who brought us our food refilled it. And then turned to both of the little with me and asked if they wanted refills (I’m so happy she did) . And then as we were just about to leave as we were piling into the car the same woman who helped us came running out because one of the little left their phone. Great customer service. Definitely recommend if you are a McDonald’s fan.

Ordered lunch at 1:20pm 12/19/24 was refused a copy of my receipt then the girl at the 2nd window shoved the food out the window at me and the sandwich and fires were ice cold. Employees were rude and did not care. Won’t be back to this location anytime soon

Waiting 20 plus minutes, watched the guy in front of us get his coffee order wrong 3 times after waiting 30 minutes. The staff seemed nice and well meaning but there is something going on, it wasn't a lunch rush or a crunch time or shift change
