The worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. First walked in needing to use the restroom. The women’s was out of order for cleaning and the men’s stall was locked. I notified an employee who proceeded to laugh in my face. Once a restroom became available she started bashing me to another worker in Spanish to which I told her I do in fact speak Spanish and understood every word she was saying. Highly unacceptable. Then after waiting at the register over 5 minutes for someone to take our order, we received our order which was not correct followed by another order which was also not done correctly.

I am too tired, too short on time to continue getting the wrong food, even if the ticket is correct, took so long in the drive through I got back with only 10 mins to eat. No chance to go back for a replacement. 10$ to be as hungry as I was before I went. At least the fries were hot
I’m going to find a different place for lunch. This is no longer worth the convenience in distance. Why is the onus only on the customer to triple check the food?

Very clean dining room, restrooms as well. My only issue was the nuggets in my daughter's happy meal were fried a little too hard. Like someone let them go past time.
On the surface, this McDonald’s is just like any other. However, sometimes the little things really do make a big difference. My wife and I have a running joke that we will not go anywhere else besides this specific McDonald’s, simply because of the service. Every time we go through the drive-through, we are always greeted kindly, and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. They also have never gotten our order incorrect. I would rather drive 15 minutes to this location than get mediocre service anywhere else. Great staff, and by all accounts great management.

Here out of town for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. And I don’t typically eat at McDonald’s but the kids wanted it so I caved and we stopped. It was 10:45 am and both kids wanted happy meals so we stuck around and waited. It was quiet and not busy (I’m from Toledo and mornings are crazy so it was nice it being quiet). When 11 hit I ordered the meals but the kiosk freaked out a bit and had me pay at the register but didn’t give me a receipt. I told the gentleman it didn’t give me a receipt and he said no problem what did you ordered and I told him and paid. A kind woman brought the food to us and told us enjoy and we had a pleasant dining experience. Upon leaving I asked for a refill of my drink and the kind woman who brought us our food refilled it. And then turned to both of the little with me and asked if they wanted refills (I’m so happy she did) . And then as we were just about to leave as we were piling into the car the same woman who helped us came running out because one of the little left their phone. Great customer service. Definitely recommend if you are a McDonald’s fan.
