Do not go. Horrible customer service. Ordered on app got pulled around went inside after a while with no one to help. 0/10 wouldnât recommend. Go to the Wendyâs across the street!

The food has gone downhill, the customer service that was once so great is gone. The most odd is when you place a mobile order, they tell you it has been canceled or that the order was sent to another restaurant. Even when you have a receipt, the app confirms the locatjon and your bank shows the transaction. I wonder if they are keeping that money somehow? The scariest of all is that anytime you mention a problem they blame it on how the US treats Hispanics. I wonder what is being done to the food out of spite. I would find another location. There is a nice one down Hilliard Rome in Hilliard. There is one on West Broad. If you dont mind the drive there is one in West Jeff. This location is missing direction by responsible management and it is clear.
On the 14th of july i placed a mobile order. When we got through the drive through and told them our code they said âthe order isnât for hereâ when clearly ON MY APP it says renner road. so they cancelled said order, we re-ordered and they cancelled our mobile order. I ordered a kids meal, snack wrap meal and a $5 meal deal. With my $5 meal deal i got a HI-C orange. it was all good, until i got to work and decided to take a sip of my drink and there was an entire FLY in my drink. i immediately spit it into my hand and threw it in the trash. I absolutely could not believe it. Iâve always had small issues with this mcdonalds, but NEVER like this. When i called the store the teenager on the phone told me there was nothing he could do. Iâm absolutely upset about this

I don't know what has happened to this location in the past week but it has changed drastically. The younger employees were always so.pleasant and the manager was wonderful when I called once to compliment the store. It's not even the same experience now. The food has even been worse. I dont know what is going on but hopefully it gets sorted out soon.

If zero stars were an option, thatâs what this review would entail. Will go out of my way to drive to a further location if it means never having to return to this McDonalds again. The unhelpful, lost -looking, and unfriendly staff doesnât stand a chance when they have such a cold, unkind, rude, and horrible manager. Youâd be better off asking the Ronald McDonald statue in the play area for help and assistance; at least heâll give you a smile!
