I ordered on kiosk. Ordered hotcakes and sausage, didn't get the sausage. And got two spoons for the hotcakes. How to flag someone at the front counter which took 10 minutes to get someone attention. Then they had to look for forks

The food was up to corporate standards IMHO. They had paper towels in the restroom, bonus point. \n\nThe kitchen staff was all speaking Spanish, Columbus Ohio or Columbus Mexico? Unless 100% of the staff speaks Spanish I think that is ill mannered. There are some interesting displays here too. I personally belive the quality of food has decreased and the prices at McDonald's are beyond reasonable \n\n

I do not like the self service kiosks. Why can't I just talk to someone! I pay cash so now I have 4 steps to order food. It may save McDonald's money but it is now easier just to go home and cook!
